It would only be possible to Christianise Japan by invading the country and forcing everybody individually to convert.

The initial invasion would result in millions of lives being lost on both sides, and forcing the whole population into re-education camps would cause millions more to commit suicide immediately. There would also be a massive resistance movement who would have the sympathy of just about everybody and have absolutely no qualms about blowing themselves up or otherwise dying horribly for their cause. When the process is over and the Japanese are all Christian you’d be lucky to have 10% of them left, and the economy of the invading countries would be gone as well. The quotee obviously knows sod all about our Japanese friends (who thank God are no longer our enemies).

That already sort of happened after WWII. When the US rebuilt the country, the Japanese Constitution was written according to “Christian Values”, the post-WII corporations were mostly run according to “puritan ethics”, and there was a lot of general interference with Japanese institutions and culture. This was an attempt to use the country as a testing grounds for the combination of libertarian neo-feudalism and Christian theocracy which many of the architects of the nation’s reconstruction hoped to one day turn the US into. The result was a schizophrenic mess - for example, how are they supposed to have big families which they spend a lot of time raising to be good Christians while also working 14 hours a day and devoting their life to their jobs? Abolish sleep? Some of it didn’t take, and other things evolved into Japanese-flavored versions which are largely disconnected from their Christian origins, mostly because the religion didn’t take off in the country anywhere near to the extent as was hoped for.

A lot of the things which the OP is complaining about are side effects of people like them messing with the country in the first place.
