61% of Americans think undercover feds provoked the Jan 6th riots. Which, obviously, they did.

1. Sources, please.
2. Don't most of your ilk say that Jan 6 was just a peaceful tour of the Capitol? You would be happy to state they're wrong and it was a violent riot?
3. It really doesn't matter even if Feds acted as agitators, if someone throws a brick through a window, you're still liable for rushing in, breaking other stuff and killing people if you did so. Especially when you were there already chanting to kill the occupants of the house.
…and do you - certainly said ‘61%’ - have court-admissible evidence to prove your claims, Lizziepoos? Otherwise you - and they - would have presented such in a courtroom before now.
If you can’t, then it’s not only your opinions that are wrong.
Chocolate Cake is really tempting. But as a diabetic, and an adult, i must resist the siren call of moist pastry.
If someone agitated these poor victims into attaching cops, tearing down barricades, smearing shit on the walls, stealing from various offices, and ERECTING A FUCKING GALLOWS WHILE CHANTING HANG MIKE PENCE didn’t WANT to do all that, they still DID that. They took the path of violence, and as adults, they should take responsibility for what they did do. Not whine that it was all someone else’s fault.
Plus, there’s emails and posts showing their preparations.
So stifle it, you terrorist-apologist.
If 61% of Americans believed the moon was made of cheese, do you really believe that would somehow “help” make it “more true”? Also, let’s assume “the feds” “provoked” the insurrection for the sake of argument. (By the way, why and how would they “provoke” an insurrection, anyway? And if it’s so obvious they did, why hasn’t anybody provided any blatant, irrefutable evidence of this, and why would anyone have even "fallen" for such obvious attempts at provocation to begin with?) “The feds” still didn’t force the insurrectionists to attempt a violent coup d'état any more than a bank having lots of money "forces" people to rob it—and if anything can be argued to have put the insurrectionists under duress in the first place, it would be right-wing lies about the election (i.e., your ilk's actions)—so your ridiculous paranoid conspiratorial “point” is still invalid on multiple levels. Are you disingenuous or just brain-dead stupid, Liz?
“I mean, sure, yeah, we totally said we were going to march on Washington, and we were totally gonna bring weapons and kill our political enemies because some fat, drug-addled slum lord with a penchant for young girls biologically related to him told us to and we are naught but puppets on strings, but that was just locker talk! We’d never actually DO it! We're spineless, gutless cowards! And everyone knows that a coward's courage doesn't come from numbers and hubris, nosiree. We perfectly rational, reasonable people, who just happen to think a bipedal slug with such moral turpitude as to rawdog a porn star as his third wife spat out his fifth spare set of kidneys is also somehow the Second Fucking Coming! Sane people!”
First, the fact that the majority thinks a falsehood doesn’t make it true. And second, we’ve evidence of people, not being paid by the FBI or any Federal agency, advocating for violently overthrowing the government.
Oh really, Liz. 😜. Three years ago, before I understood what had really happened at the Capitol, there were right whingers online who were blaming the riot on Antifa.
The actual stat is 61% of conservatives believe Trump won 2020. The percent of conservatives who believe that the FBI was somehow responsible for 1/6 is “only” 34%. Which is sadly a lot, even considering that it doesn’t include *all* Americans, but it’s still a far cry from “61% of Americans”.
Confused?
