Imagine a socialist utopia, where everyone has a job, a purpose, nobody has to LDAR, and education is free. People can work as much as they want and their pay is based on their merit.

Imagine if Jews were not in control of all media, communications, and mega-corporations.

Imagine an ethnically pure society of healthy white people of Aryan descent.

Imagine a modern Empire with a strong military, strong leadership, and devoted citizens who support their country.

If I could send one piece of information into the past in order to improve the world, it would be a letter to Hitler telling him not to attack Russia in winter.

”Lebensraum”, the conquest and colonisation of Eastern Europe, including the drastic culling and collective enslavement of the Poles and Eastern Slavs, was as much a core point of the Nazi agenda as the Jewish Question - of which they saw Communism as an aspect of. As such, a total war against the Soviet Union would have been inevitable even if we ignore that fascism by its very nature is critically dependant on warmongering.

Also, they tried. They were delayed. And more importantly, such a time schedule is completely unrealistic.

Fascism only values research in as much as it has immediate military applications - and there is only so much until you have exhausted your research options without basic research. The Nazis caued a heavy brain drain in Germany, and not just by drivinh away or murdering scientists and intellectuals of Jewish descent.
Totalitarianism is inherently anti-intellectual, as critical thought is its worst enemy. What @Bastethotep said. It’s generally believed now that if the Nazis had won the Second World War, their state would have collapsed within about 12 years. Probably atom-bombed by the USA, which was way ahead of Germany in developing nuclear weapons.

Wouldn't that be an interesting alternate history to see, the Nazis only able to conquer Europe but the rest of the axis powers fell like they did in our timeline, with the U.S. Still fighting the Nazis for decades and in the process use nuclear weapons against the Nazis repeatedly.
