Japan teaches its children how to interact with those of other cultures. And yeah, each one of those does teach revisionist history, it’s just revisionist the same way you want ours to be - the country has never made any mistakes, ever.
As for Russian education specifically, they do okay in math, but in other subjects…I am a native English speaker, and my ex’s family was really suspicious of what their son, his little brother, was learning in english class. They showed me some of his assignments. They were full of mistakes, and not the little brother’s mistakes… for instance, the teacher had listed what we call an ‘orange’ as ‘pineapple’.

Yes, you are actually correct here. You defend your individual rights, meaning your rights only and not the rights of anyone else, especially those who disagree with you.
