I don't know if miserable as much as they probably were born after the 90s. It's akin to the idea of watching Pkeasantville or Leave it to Beaver or Happy Days and thinking the 50s must have been fun times but not knowing what was really going on. Hence why I states what I did in original post. I loved the 90s. But I do not wish society to go back. I will keep my high school memories. I saw 80s and 90s. And while I miss my high school years and teen years, let's bees honest. The 90s weren't like the family movies. Hell Married with Children was closer but still inaccurate. Of my friends back then I was one of the few whose parents were still married.
