I am called "trans exclusive" and told that I am erasing trans people when I point out the concrete reasons why it is medically and scientifically critical to have terms for female persons and male persons that are trans-inclusive (that is, terms which include ALL members of a given sex, of any gender identity or belief system).
Pure sophistry! First of all, denying a trans person's actual gender is not in any way "trans-inclusive". If we call a transgender woman a woman (as is right to do), we do not at all lose our ability to have terms describing people by reference to their sexual anatomy at birth. We can say I am someone who was "assigned male at birth", for example. And in a medical context, what other kind of terminology could be needed to indicate this?
I'm literally arguing that it's NOT okay to sterilize you [...]
And who the fuck are you to tell me what is and isn't okay to do with my own body, huh? I've no use for the male genitalia I was born with except in so far as it may be fashioned into the female kind, and as I have no desire to have children, these testes of mine are certainly more than useless. If I choose to get rid of them, thus becoming "sterilized", it's quite simply none of your Glob-damned business.
[...] or to risk your health and life by performing experimental surgeries with no established standards of care
How sweet of you. Such things, however, are not occuring in the first place. So, please spare us this dishonest argument, as we know that even if you believed that the various gender-affirming surgeries and other such treatments were completely safe, you would still want to stop them from occuring. In any case, it is still the case that what I choose to do with my body is my own choice.
...and this is the evidence that I "want you dead."
No, of course not. You just want to force me to live a life of unending misery, without even any hope of an improvement. You may not wish for me to be killed, but you clearly have no real concern for whether I live or die, so long as I am not visibly disrupting your precious gender norms. I'm not sure that's much different.
