Conservatives don't believe people are genuinely good, that they can have actual sympathy for the less fortunate, that they can give freely without expecting a reward. There's no right or wrong in the conservative worldview, just strength and weakness: if you're strong, you deserve every advantage, while if you're weak, you're despicable and disgusting.
Since conservatives believe that virtue signaling is a thing, pretending you have higher motives than naked self-interest is just a lying smokescreen for your wounded ego (because you're a born loser like all women, "faggots", and liberals).
The OP is advocating fighting the concept of female morality not just because it holds women to an unfair standard, but because morality itself is a lie and we need to abandon the concept.
It's a very primitive mindset, and one we cannot afford if we're going to survive the 21st century.
