Nope. Black magic is any magic done with any intention associated with the colour black, so curses and hexes do count but so does any funerary magic, binding or protection magic. (And even that depends on cultural associations.) Likewise white magic is magic done for any purpose associated with the colour white (healing, blessing and cleansing for example.) And this pretty much ignores all the other colours magic can take on.
