Reading Bev Jo, it is obvious that she makes the same mistake religious fundies make; that all women are born one way (lesbian) and that most choose the other way (heterosexuality) because of conditioning and social reasons.
She also has other ridiculous beliefs, like the idea that a lesbian who inseminates herself is not actually a lesbian, because she’s doing something with spunk, which according to her is a terrible mix of chemicals that rewires women’s entire existence. (Never mind that a lesbian is a woman who’s sexually attracted to women, Bev Jo considers use of a syringe or an eye dropper to be equivalent to consensual sex with a bloke.)
Bev has a few valid points about overpopulation killing the earth, and I mention this in my reply because it can’t be stressed enough that overpopulation is, indeed, killing the earth. But such points are buried in the avalanche of stupid.
