America was intended by our founders to be for White Europeans, not for everyone in the world. "Diversity" wasn't forced on us by way of mass immigration until the 1965 Hart-Celler Act was passed 60 years ago. Prior to that, America was ~90% White for literally all of its history.

1) Despite EU membership, Finland is in Scandinavia, not Europe.

Everybody would use that phrase to stop people from using Hate Speech.

Suddenly, after the passage of the Civil Rights Act, USING THE N-WORD, BECAME OFFENSIVE HATE SPEECH IN AMERICA?
Anyone using the N-word was immediately labeled a Racist and Bigot for using Hate Speech.
Free Speech immediately ended in America when saying the N-word, that is still in the dictionary, became Racist and Bigoted Hate Speech. That's why there's no Free Speech in America today.
People were fired from their jobs and/or kicked out of Public schools and/or Colleges and Universities if they used Free Speech and said the N-word? That continues today throughout America.
When people can start saying the N-word without being called Racist and Bigots and Haters and fired from their jobs, that's when Free Speech will return back to America.
Stopping the N-word and Free Speech made Black and Brown people some kind of very special people with special rights and privileges in America that continues today.
These special rights and privileges that Black and Brown people were given by the passage of the Civil Rights Act, and the Racist and Bigoted Affirmative Action Laws, includes that Black and Brown people can never be Racist and Bigots against White people no matter what Hate Speech they use against White people. And that Black and Brown people can do no wrong, even when they do wrong.

And if we think back, we can pick a few women in our time who were great leaders. But generally, it would be most wise to return to Biblical guidance, and this legendary burn, to save our civilization:
