There's being a flaming liberal and then there's being so open-minded your brain falls out. You're the latter.
Not reporting a person who outright admits he wants to rape the Babies/children in his care (to his employer ) is irresponsible and idiotic at best and criminal at worst(depending on where you live, mandated reporters are obligated to report these things)
Letting a person who admits to wanting to rape children work around children is just asking for trouble.
