Free doesn’t mean anarchy. Free means the state keeps out of your way unless they have a legitimate strong reason to get involved. The government has a good reason to regulate alcohol, it’s dangerous and addictive, worse it’s often dangerous to people other then the ones drinking because it reduces judgement and dexterity.
I will agree that the actual laws are a confusing mess, a product of every state regulating it on their own with no consistency and not much logic. This is a product of a free society also, in a free society groups are free to set their own regulations. So for some things we have weird patchworks of laws.

How about the rate of injustice went way up? A senior judge in Minnesota pointed out that ICE has violated more court orders in January then many Federal Agencies have in their entire existence.
ICE is committing injustices at a farcically fascist level, in ways the Nazi’s would be proud of. They are grabbing people who don’t look American enough off the street, taking them to detention, questioning them, and when they show they are American they are dropped off in different states with just the cloths on their back.

Control of illegal immigration is actually not terribly hard. Fine companies for hiring illegal aliens and provide a good system for determining which people are legal and which are not. This has been tried and shown to work but the Republicans keep blocking it when it’s tried. The wealthy Republicans want an underclass of illegal workers who can be paid less then minimum wage so they don’t want an effective system.
No need for some elaborate international conspiracy. Just recognize that the rich in general don’t have the best interests of the poor and middle class in mind.

ICE agents are not supposed to get in front of cars for several reasons, including the risk of people driving at them. When this was a controversy back in 2015 the women’s national team was bringing in more money then the men’s national team but getting paid less then half the salary.
He does have a little bit of a point about the draft in that female politicians have dodged the issue but not much of one. The reason is that conservative men have acted to keep women from the draft while at the same time complaining that women are not equal as long as they are not drafted. Double standards in that regards are not just limited to women.

It’s debatable how well the Chinese economy is doing. Since the housing collapse in China their internal economy has not been doing well, they are trying to grow the economy through exports. To do this they are subsidizing exports to the point it’s cutting into their internal economy. So their economy is showing growth but the people of China are not better off, at least not as much as they should be.

He is also grossly wrong because he is making a bully argument. The US beat up a weaker country and Miller is now fishing around for a justification for doing it. Trump has used force only on a small scale against opponents who couldn’t defend themselves, both internally and externally. Internationally, after some dancing around even the Mexican drug cartels was too scary of a target, he decided to pick on Venezuela instead. Internally he is only using force against illegal aliens, who have trouble even defending themselves in court. Against his political opponents it’s only lawsuits that use government money to drain their private finances.

The US has a very strong president. Both by global standards and in an absolute sense of what he can do. Trump is running into problems with courts because he is trying to break the law. If your channel is at all questionable, and this one is, this is just asking for moderation trouble. Youtube uses heavy handed AI automoderation and it does weird things at times. When presented with a potentially problematic video that is difficult to categorize and bad, like this one, it favors getting rid of them.
