It’s a lot of novel technology so it will be reworked multiple times, probably even before the first two get finished. The US has a very strong president. Both by global standards and in an absolute sense of what he can do. Trump is running into problems with courts because he is trying to break the law. He is trying to run the government the same way he ran his business, do what I order and we will sort it out in court if anybody objects. This is a terrible way to run a national government, causes lots of court cases and does long term damage.

Yes this can lead to some tricky situations but in reality it’s rarely an issue. If your verbally dancing around the edge of it being a hate crime or not then your probably committing a hate crime. It is usually only when a bit is taken without context that it becomes ambiguous.

Practically speaking, just mentioning Hitler in a Youtube video is risky. Even if you have a history channel it’s likely to get a warning more or less at random. If your channel is at all questionable, and this one is, this is just asking for moderation trouble. Youtube uses heavy handed AI automoderation and it does weird things at times. When presented with a potentially problematic video that is difficult to categorize and bad, like this one, it favors getting rid of them.

The Republicans like to play this game where they claim tax cuts will pay for themselves through economic growth. Then, when the tax cuts turn out to lower the government revenue, they claim they are forced to reduce government services to get the budget under control.
The Republicans could solve the problems by raising taxes, closing tax dodges used by the rich/corporations, or cutting the military budget but for some reason those options are always off the table.
Plus, Trump is claiming that his tariffs are bringing in a huge amount of money but that isn’t available for paying anything.

The problem with hoping Trump fails medically is that arguably he already has and a group around Stephen Miller, some of the cabinet and some of the Project 2025 guys are really running things. Trump’s father had dementia and thought he was running the company for years but really they put him in a big fancy office, gave him the NY Times every day and had his secretary put meaningless forms for him to sign on his desk.

The 22nd amendment doesn’t work like that. It prevents you from being elected, even if somebody else held power during your term. The awkward wording of the second sentence has nothing to do with what this guy is talking about, it has to do with VPs who take over the presidency.
There are some ways to game the system by getting Trump in office without him being elected but that would depending on somebody else winning the election and stepping aside for Trump. Trump would be back stabbed by anybody around him if he tries that.

The difference tends to be that conservatives have small in groups and are harsh to those outside the group, while liberals have larger in groups and are more friendly to those outside their in group. Liberals realize that humanity is a group that you should identify with and want to help. Conservatives often look for reasons to exclude people from their tribe and would trash somebody for being a fan of a different sports team.

Few people have a problem with the president deporting people, it’s part of his job. There is a fringe that would like entirely open borders but they are a small minority. The difference under Obama and Biden is that they quietly traced the criminals among the aliens and deported them.
The Trump administration is going for big flashy events where they round up as many people as they can. This actually results in fewer deportations because these events take more manpower for fewer arrests and they end up grabbing legal aliens and American citizens.

Some have even done a reasonable amount of good. Bill Gates donated a fortune to a charity he runs but it does actually do a lot of good projects. Even more donate exactly the amount they can that write off their taxes.
Even Trump had a charity but it had to be shut down for illegal dealing.
