When sermons focus on anti-government conspiracy theories and counterculture with society demonization and implausible threats against it, it suggests dominionism, attempting to impose an irrational authoritarian theocratic regime based on alienation from reality, taboos and appeal to false authorities.
A more humble and honest Christianity would focus on one's own sins and forgiveness instead. A less hypocritical Christianity, according to Jesus, would pray in private and focus on love, rather than demonization and society demonization sermoning. A more honest scholarly approach would understand the theology through traditions and historical context, rather than trying to resurrect pre-enlightenment ignorance and savagery.
Precisely, there's no need to repeat history because of pseudohistorical claims, misrepresentation of history, mythology etc. There are very good reasons for significant freedom and anticorruption developments like the separation of powers and the separation of church and state. Then true education, including actual history and about human diversity, empower people. This opportunist exploits freedoms allowed by such, while advocating to retrograde society and steal those freedoms away in favor of an abusive elite who even wants to dictate how people live and mislead them with alienation narratives. It pushes lies for frivolous persecution complex, to justify actual abuse, for exploitation and persecution purposes.
Slippery slope fear mongering nonsense like claims that because all people are not forced to fit patriarchal stereotype roles and to reproduce civilization will collapse and that this justifes the oppression of minorities is ridiculous. Those minorities are understood to always have existed, to be part of human diversity. It's also false that when people are allowed to be themselves and express themselves, it somehow forces everybody else to be like them. That's a mirror of authoritarianism, a projection of its own conformism imposition against human rights and liberties. It also relies on its own incredible ignorance that it also aims to impose as "truth" doctrine.
It's also interesting to notice that like fascist narratives, this claims that there's an attack on society, to justify their own attack against it. This is obviously anti-Western civilization activism, aiming to redefine it. Liberalism is part of Western civilization.
