Ladies who are sexy in games and movies are not a problem. Random fanservice that has no place in the setting, however, takes me out of said setting.
It really depends on the setting and characters involved, though.
I believe that actual "male gaze" camera angles can, sometimes, have a narrative purpose, but using them in a dramatic scene in a serious work that doesn't call for it is stupid, and ultimately weakens said scene.
Unless the show or game is openly all about the fanservice, in which case, fine, but perhaps there should be more equal opportunity fanservice...?
There's also the issue of costume, where I prefer characters wearing something suitable enough for what they're supposed to be doing, and/or reflect them as characters, or actually have some proper thought behind them and their situation other than "bewbs", because clothes and gear can tell part of the story, damn it.
Hell, even "bewbs" gear can work for certain characters, but putting actual thought into it makes all the difference.
