“ most New Yorkers wish someone would put crazy people on the subway in a chokehold when they terrify innocents”
Watch him backpedal the second somebody points out that most people consider racists crazy and their rants terrifying.
“especially since ending the family line is painful.”
Why? I can understand regret over not having children. This whole bit about family lines is BS, though, as family lines tend to hide a lot of illegitimate children, thus making them at best artificial.
“ Imagine what would happen if we ended all welfare wealth transfer programs and the poor had to get their act together or perish.”
We already know what would happen. The 19th century. The 20th century was the most murderous, but I would argue that the 19th was the most corrupt.
“Diversity has replaced our culture,”
Funny he would say that, because from my European point of view Americans were never really invested in the interesting parts of their culture. Great authors and thinkers are mostly neglected, while Americans seem to focus on whimsical aspects of their rituals as quintessential cultural landmarks. It is not a sign of a striving culture when people are more obsessed about cowboys than literature.
“leaving us with nothing but xenophilia.”
Right. As if there was one aspect of American culture which did not originate from somewhere else (excluding Native American culture, but my guess is that he does not include them in his equation). Hel, even the apple pie is just an Apfelstrudel with extra cream.
“Send the Irish back!”
Either this is, in fact, a parody account or he is just demented.
