So, what are the examples of treating men like potential criminals because of their gender? Things like making sure that people know who they're going on a date with and where? Not leaving their drink unwatched around you? Those aren't crimes, and considering what happens to a lot of women you shouldn't even take it personally. So that's a non-issue in this matter.
As for posting "Kill all men" on social media, well, I don't agree with it, but I don't think it would count as a crime if a man posted "Kill all women" either. So that, too, doesn't apply here.
Why don't you focus on real crimes where misandry might play a part?
