He also, in his younger days, lit much of the surrounding neighbourhood on fire, the results of which are still felt to this day, and which has negatively impacted his neighbours and how they live. As a result of this, people are lured into Kevin's cruel deathtraps to escape the squalor that he is, at least in part, responsible for, but he insists that it's all necessary because otherwise some *brown* person might enjoy his party.
