Yes, absolutely, CO2 is good for the planet
I know what you mean, but actually, for the planet itself, as such, the CO2 concentration is totally irrelevent. The planet could survive easily with 90% CO2 in the atmosphere or with no atmosphere at all. Life on the planet, however, wouldn’t like that one bit. The planet would be much more like Venus or Mars. When people say “we have to save the planet”, technically they’re wrong. We just have to maintain the present state of the planet. A slight change and we’re all dead. Earth will still be here, merrily rotating the Sun, turning on it’s axis, not missing life one bit. ;-)
