Increasing the ability to legally immigrate would by definition cut down on illegal immigration and the activities of coyotes.

To be fair, the Space Force wasn't necessarily a good idea in the first place. We also don't actually have any active warships or weapon systems in space at the moment. So I think they mainly do satellite operations. Also they had a satirical tv show made about them.
