So I’m not an American so I can only speak about what I see in the media but I think the literal worst meaning (close the police) wouldn’t be so bad. Because some systems are just build wrong from the beginning because they are specific or old (both for american police) that they just can’t function in the modern world with modern values.

Im all for fixing and stuff but the racism militarism and law and order mentality are so deeply ingrained in the system that it is hard to fix without just starting anew.

That’s not to say every cop is bad. I would be on the edge too if I was a cop in country where every crazy person can own a gun. But even the good ones can do nothing against the bad system.

So this idea is unsound here are the reasons:

1. Your society is a way bigger indicator for your personal worldview than your „race“ even if our dna has a subtile influence on behavior it’s pretty much burrowed under our need to chase our personal heroes to protect those people and things we love etc. And those are not bound by race.

2. Even if every race had a haven to call home (which would lead to the USA given back to native Americans btw) we would live in an echochamber and would start (or in you case continue) to fear and hate the others which would in the end lead to war

3. Society has a similarly with dna. We reproduce by combing to people to get a new and (hopefully) better one dem with society by having multiple influences and opinions we get something better. That is the reason why the USA was a powerhouse in inventions because they had many different people
