People don't consent to being born in this world through the sexual actions (often irresponsible ones, to boot) of others.
That’s true, but since it’s impossible to know the preferences of those who don’t exist yet, it is necessary to guess. This isn’t all that different from asking whether an already-born infant consents to being medically treated — the baby can’t even recognize itself in the mirror, and now you’re going to ask it permissions for getting its shots?!
Parents and officials make decisions on behalf of infants and future people all the time, because otherwise we’d be leaving them to die of preventable stuff.
People don't consent to being ethnic or racemixed (just take a look at how most people here feel about belonging to those ethnicities), which is something progressive leftists like you promote. White birth rates are plummeting for years now while ethnic, black and mixed birth rates go up year by year.
Unlike the problems of unwanted and ill children, this is a completely artificial “issue.” There are better ways to solve it than the ones you likely have in mind.
People don't consent to being raised by single mothers, stepfathers, and other disfuncional [sic] arrangements. I sure as hell didn't. Another thing people like you promote.
Nobody promotes single-parent households. It might be the least-bad option, but it is never preferred.
People don't consent to being forced by the government to pay taxes, many of which fund things people strongly disagree with such as benefits to single moms (statistically one of the most benefited demographics by taxation).
Many entrepreneurs don't consent to being forced by the governments to hire a certain quota of women, paying maternity leave to them, etc.
And I bet you wouldn’t consent to being banished, either. But I certainly wouldn’t consent to having you freeload, and if nobody pays taxes, then we don’t get stuff like health inspections and roads.
While I won’t claim to agree with all of their contents, you should probably read the Non-Libertarian FAQ and Anti-Reactionary FAQ. They are, at least, thought-provoking enough to make you realize that a strictly Natural Rights-based ethics system is not actually useful. The world is too complicated to be reduced entirely to questions about consent and non-aggression.

This is exactly the same conclusion that Mainländer the Incel wanted me to reach anyway. Too bad he’s so stupid that he can’t even do a good job of arguing in favor of things that are true.
