It blows my mind that CREATION isnt empathized in "churches"!

The facts of science can NEVER contradict the bible. Science is a pursuit of truth, the word of God is truth (John 17:7). Therefore, science can never contradict the bible, only validate it. Science fiction, however, contradicts what God's word teaches and always with the intent to deceive (Ephesians 4:14). There is a difference. We should ALWAYS believe the bible over any man made claim that contradicts what scripture teaches. For example, evolution (with the exception of micro evolution, which is merely a variation of kinds of animal and is clearly observed) IS NOT BIBLICAL. God did NOT use evolution to bring man about. Man was created on the 6th day, formed and shaped by God like an artist sculpting clay according to the accuracy of Hebrew text. God did it in less than 24 hours, probably in the evening. There is absolutely no room for any kind of evolutionary ideology in the bible. Entertaining such ideologies is DANGEROUS!! Earth was created in 6 literal days. Six 24 hour periods including evening and morning exactly like the bible teaches. We must love the truth more than anything else. If not, we are susceptible to error and deception (Revelation 12:9)

I See young people, they are more interested in having chat times with all their young friends than they are to actually following Jesus. They are too busy being silly with each other than they are to be following Jesus. They are not serious. They are just following the world. They love the world and all the wonderful sins of youth which are passing anyway and fading away very quickly. Dear friends, we cannot be like this. We have to have ourselves absolutely and completely separate all the time from those silly paths. Young people have to be separate. No time to just hang around with your friends and be stupid together. It is time to separate ourselves to the Lord and become his follower where we actually do walk the narrow way like the disciples did.

The foolishness of youth isn't worth missing out on the eternal kingdom of God. We can put aside the foolishness of youth so we can enter the kingdom. We cannot enter the kingdom while we are just laughing at the jokes the world laughs at. While watching the same TV the world loves. While we are following the sports the world chases after. One champion rises, another one falls. One is winning, another one is losing, it doesn't matter, it's world. Why do we care about those things? We are here for the kingdom of God not for these worldly things. Many Christians adamantly come against me if I say these things. It is because their hearts are dark and they're loving the world, and they don't want to turn away Sent from my iPhone

I can do it, so can you. While people just follow their foolish youthful ways, there is no way they're going to be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. What's the point of just having all your cars, and having all your fun, and talking on all your mobile phones, and having good times with all your friends everywhere, when you just simply don't follow Jesus? This world is completely deceptive. If you live in Babylon like the big Babylon cities of this world, like New York, or any of these big cities, you're going to be amongst all this rife, foolish, worldly paths like Lot was. It will be very hard for you to enter the kingdom if you are following them. So we got to be separate.

We got to be separate from all this whole system of sports and attainment, parties, and worldly chasing, and being your 'best person now.' Thrill seekers say to live life to the fullest. Some die trying. Some of them say to live life to the fullest or die trying. Some do die trying and somebody says at least they died doing something they love doing. Fool! They ended up in hell. In hell they are crying out, “Please warn my family that living a foolish life like that ends in hell!” Like the rich man did, and Abraham answered the rich man saying, “Son, they have the prophets in the Bible to listen to,” Moses and Elijah, about hell and Jesus. “If they can't listen to them, they won't even listen to anybody sent back from the dead.”That is what Abraham was saying. And the rich man in hell was crying out in torment saying, “Please, please, please warn my people.” They didn't know that a thrill-seeking life just ended in hell so suddenly. So on earth the people are saying, “He died doing something he loved doing,” and all are happy about it because they are so deceived. And then under the earth in hell that very same person is crying out in torment now, his chances are over. No more salvation for him. He can't be saved, finished. Done. His foolish life ended in smoke.

You know, there is a verse in the Bible that says that the folly of the fool is destruction. Fools folly is destruction. You live a life of foolishness with the foolish youth of this generation, your folly will be destruction. That's what it comes down to. You go join them, you will join them in hell too. Who are we going to join? Are we going to join them and end up in the same fire that they are headed to? Or are we going to walk the narrow way and be separate away from the ways of this generation! Christians are so busy being on the broad path and being blinded by this world and by satan, that when they hear these truths they cannot accept it.

They say, “I can watch my baseball, I can watch the footy, I can go and join in on soccer there is not sin in that.” But that's because they're following the Broad way and everybody's on the Broadway to destruction.

Jesus said, “Broad is the way that leads to destruction and many are those who go by that way, and narrow is the way that leads to life and few go that way.” It is because few will decide to do the words of Jesus. And what did he say? He said, “Deny yourself, pick up your cross, and follow me.”Jesus even said if anybody loves his life on this earth he will lose it, but if anybody loses his life for my sake he will find it. Do you hate your life for the sake of the kingdom? or do you love your life? What is it with you today?

Most Christians love their life too much. They love their footy. They love their soccer. They love their baseball and love the Super Bowl. They love all these sports. They want to turn the TV on and want to love all the ungodliness that this generation talks about and say it is not sin. Well, guess what dear friend, it is sin, because it's on the broad path of destruction. And you also, if you follow them, are on the tide with the world to hell directly, Christian or not. And that's where they want to believe all the deceived preachers who say, “It is all find, you are saved brother, because you believe in Jesus.” And then they end up in hell just like the rich man.And who's going to be laughing then? the devil or you? The devil will laugh at you. That is why we have to be completely separate and not be deceived. Instead of mocking the preacher who tells you to leave your sports and all your ways of the world, you should be accepting what he says and believing that these words Jesus said are true: “If you love your life you'll lose it, but if you hate your life for my sake you'll find it.” They are true.

Just supposing those other words are true as well where Jesus said,“If you love your life on this earth you will lose it, but if you hate your life for my sake you will gain it.” Just supposing Jesus is speaking the truth when he says in Matthew: “If anybody wants to follow me, he must pick up his cross, deny himself and follow me.”

Just supposing that's true! Just supposing the words of Jesus are true where he says: “The person who hears my words and doesn't do them is likened unto the man who built his house on the sand, and the winds come and the flood comes and the destruction of that house is great.”Just supposing the words of Jesus are true where he says, “The man who does my words when he hears them, he does put them into practice, he shall be the one who built his house on the rock and his house shall not be destroyed.”

Becket Cook #homophobia cbmw.org

TGC recently published a fascinating interview with Becket Cook, a former Hollywood set designer in the fashion industry who was living an openly gay life. Cook left all that behind when he met Jesus — or, rather, Jesus met him — and now he is in Christian ministry as a recent graduate of Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. This summer he published the story of his conversion, A Change of Affection: A Gay Man’s Incredible Story of Redemption.

As with every Christian (cf. Rom 6:11; Gal 2:20; 1 Cor 6:9–11; 2 Cor 5:17), the issue of identity stands at the center of Cook’s testimony. When asked in the TGC interview about “gay Christianity” and whether he thought it was possible to reconcile following Jesus and having a “gay identity,” Cook answered emphatically:

"They are irreconcilable. It’s strange to me to see these attempts. I had such a clean break from it, and it was entirely God’s grace upon me to see that it was necessary. Would you call yourself a greedy Christian? Would you call yourself a tax-collector Christian? It seems strange to identify yourself with sin. It’s a square circle. Defining yourself as a “gay Christian,” even if you are celibate and not active in a homosexual relationship, is wildly misleading. And it’s almost like you’re stewing in your old sin, hanging onto your old self in a weird way. It’s not helpful to have that moniker over you and to continually identify as such. Why would you identify with your old self that has been crucified with Christ? So I flee from that term as far as I can. It’s not who I am at all. If people ask me how I identify, I’m just like, “I don’t identify by my sexuality. I’m a follower of Christ who has a lot of struggles, including same-sex attraction.”

These attempts at reconciling gay identity and following Jesus which Cook refers to are being made by those who call themselves Side B “gay Christians.” While they confess the incompatibility of homosexual sexual desire and so-called “gay marriage” with historic, orthodox Christianity, they still identity as “gay.”

One of the reasons Side B “gay Christians” give as to why they continue to identify as “gay” or as “gay Christians” is because the word “gay” uniquely describes their experiences in this world, their particular struggles with temptation and sin, as well as their outlook on the world that grows out of these realities. Since these experiences are unique in the lives of same-sex attracted Christians, how else can they relate their testimony of God’s grace in their lives? They believe the Bible is true and right when it forbids same-sex sexual relationships. But shouldn’t they identity in a way that is true to their particular struggles?

I can sympathize with this line of reasoning, and I know how powerful it can be when believers share the work God has done and continues to do in their lives, particularly where they have struggled, where they continue to struggle, and how God’s grace is sustaining them even in the midst of these struggles.

In other words, I can imagine a possible world where the words “gay” and “Christian” may find themselves in proximity to one another in a believer’s testimony. But when such a testimony is shared, I think something that is not always clear among Side B “gay Christians” needs to be made crystal clear, as Cook does above. The modifier “gay,” is it describing the old man or the new man?
Paul teaches in a number of places that there are two “I’s” or “selves” in the believer this side of glory. For instance, in Ephesians 4:17–24 Paul writes about the “old self” and the “new self”:

17 Now this I say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. 18 They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart. 19 They have become callous and have given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity. 20 But that is not the way you learned Christ!— 21 assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus, 22 to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, 23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

While those who do not know God have hard hearts that are marked by sensuality, greed, and every kind of impurity, this is the opposite of what marks those who are in Christ.

But notice what Paul does in verse 22 above. He says that the old self of the believer must be associated in the mind and life of the Christian with their former manner of life that had more to do with the ungodly Gentiles than Christ. In place of the old self, the new self must be actively put on, actively associated with and owned as an identity that is, as Paul says, “created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”

In other words, hostility toward the old self and hospitality toward the new self should characterize the Christian. Why? Because the old self is no longer the true self, the authentic self. The old self has been crucified with Christ (Rom 6:6) and therefore we are called to mortify it and its desires (Col 3:5–10). The new self is who we are.

Which brings us to the concern for how Side B uses “gay Christian.” When they use and embrace this identity, what — or who — do they map the modifier “gay” onto? For this person, is the old self “gay,” or the new self “gay”? Unless this question is answered unequivocally with the former, I believe Side B “gay Christianity” will continue to be suspect and inconsistent not only with the teaching about mortification of the old self and sin in the New Testament, but also with God’s purposes in creation and redemption. If Side B uses “gay” to describe an aspect of the new self in Christ, as many in the movement have insinuated, then we are no longer dealing with how the orthodox have everywhere and always spoken about temptation and indwelling sin.

I am thankful for Becket Cook’s clarity on Christian identity. It is a faithful application of Scripture to who we are in Christ as redeemed sinners. I hope many more will follow his lead.

Depression Leads to Suicide Then Hell

Depression is an absolute killer. It kills a so many people with suicide. So many people take their lives and then they end up in hell. They live unfulfilled lives, they have been brought through many bad situations in their life, and they think that the end has come for them and they no longer wish to be on this earth. This is because of they do not have a purpose to live, but I'm here to show you the purpose of life; and that purpose is when you come and serve in the kingdom of God.

There is nothing more rewarding than serving Jesus Christ and having him say well done my servant and giving you rewards in his kingdom. Friends it is time to stop thinking about the bad things in our lives and all the problems that we have and instead dedicates to Jesus Christ and become his servant so that we will have purpose in our life.

The reason why people are so depressed is that they have no purpose. They feel that the world is a pointless place to be, there is no reason to be here and so many are very depressed and they have no purpose for getting up in the morning. Friend if it is hard for you to get out of bed today, then it is perhaps time that you decided to become a servant of Jesus Christ and let him fix you up and give you special work to do in his kingdom. And what happens is you will be filled with confidence and peace and joy and a purpose in your life and a wonderful joy inside knowing that you're on the way to God's holy Kingdom as a servant of the king.

I used to be a depressed person, but Jesus Christ got me to see my error and I repented of my selfish ways and I decided to dedicate to Christ. And I have never looked back. Once you see the real light and truth and wonderful things about the Lord, you do not want to turn away and follow the old dead lifeless paths of this world. For the world can only bring you trouble grief and despair there is nothing good in this world dear soul. Only following Jesus will bring you the purpose you are looking for.

Yeusha Reigns & Tobi Dean #fundie #homophobia youtube.com

Yeshua Reigns: Amen!!!!! Me too. I came out to my elder sis in 2016 and let me tell you, the moment i blurted out that " i am gay" with tears rushing down my cheeks i knew what i was saying was not from God. It was as if, the enemy was isolating me with this wrong mindset for 25 years of my life and that's when i understood that his strategy is this! He isolates people and makes them believe that nobody would understand them and that they're born this way and they can't help it; when the truth is that the bible testifies that NOTHING IS TOO HARD FOR THE LORD. My sis began praying for me since that day on and she did not rebuke me. A lot of Christians out there need to know that homosexuality will not go away when you rebuke the gay away, stand in the gap and pray for them. I have come a long way since then and i too wanna testify that yes! There's a lot of isolation in the lgbt community or for that matter in any kind of sexual immorality. Don't hide it, discuss it and have someone to pray with you for this. Homosexuality is not from God and even if science says that you're born with it...know that the same God who created you can create a clean heart in you that pursues His heart above and more than everything else.

Tobi Dean: I too was gay and wish I could be gay and happy but Jesus continued to make himself known...I would wake up crying knowing very well what I was living in was sin...I knew God's word and even though I changed I knew God's word never changes...I couldn't sleep I would continue to tell my girlfriend we were going down for this....The moment I realized what I was saying it terrified me to think I was settling for damnation ....did that stop me....no I chose flesh over Jesus....that was up until 5 years ago. I have returned to my true love...my first love Jesus I am out of the gay and in with The way of Jesus. I take it one day at a time we are not promised tomorrow. I have no interest in women or the gay scene....that is one less hurdle and drama self inflicted drama I don't need...I hear you sister and you are not alone....much love and prayers Brisbane,Australia
