#forced-birth

Life is sacred until it’s born, then it’s the law of the jungle.

These days, it’s no picnic to sit in front of the Senate as a close ally of Donald Trump’s. Todd Blanche, who took a turn in the hot seat last week to win the job as Pam Bondi’s successor, spent hours sweating it out as leaders on both sides grilled him on his personal work for the president and his record during the two-month head start he had as acting attorney general. And while Blanche tried to repel the attacks on everything from the DOJ’s handling of the Epstein files to the controversial (and now deep-sixed) anti-weaponization fund, there was one issue that grabbed a surprising amount of attention: chemical abortion.

While the pro-life movement’s disillusionment with Trump is no secret, it was refreshing to see a parade of senators demand answers on why the president hasn’t lived up to his first-term legacy on an agenda that many consider the most critical of our time. As disappointing as it’s been to see the president abandon the fight on things like defunding Planned Parenthood, Trump’s most perplexing retreat has also been the most deadly — his refusal to protect women from the dangerous drug mifepristone and his shocking indifference to the army of abortionists flooding pro-life states with that abortion drug against federal and state laws.

Russian Orthodox Church, Russian Education Ministry and Archpriest Igor Aksenov #fundie #sexist #forced-birth themoscowtimes.com

At a rural school in Russia’s Tver region this March, a class of ninth-grade students examined models of fetuses during a lesson

"Future adults have come to understand a woman's responsibility toward the life of an unborn child,” the school administration wrote of the lesson. “This is the period that determines whether a small human being will live a full life or die forever”

This class was a so-called “chastity lesson,” part of a growing nationwide campaign that brings Orthodox priests into classrooms to promote abstinence before marriage, discourage abortion and reinforce what Russian authorities describe as traditional family values

The campaign comes as Russia grapples with a deepening demographic crisis[…]
Many of the so-called “chastity lessons” take place as part of Family Studies, the Education Ministry's new course on family life introduced in 2024[…]
Some church officials have proposed taking the campaign beyond the classroom. Archpriest Igor Aksenov has suggested producing chastity-themed merch, including T-shirts with slogans like “I'm waiting” and “Chaste until marriage,” that could appeal to teenagers[…]
The Russian Orthodox Church says spiritual and moral education should provide an alternative to what it calls the "hedonistic values that dominate society." As a result, classes often contrast Christian marriage with cohabitation, which is commonly referred to in Russia as a "civil marriage."

At a school in the Tver region town of Staritsa earlier this year, 10th-graders were asked: “What should a strong family life be built on — chastity or passion?”

Students walked to the front of the classroom and cast their votes on a board divided into two columns, one for each choice. Photos of the vote were later published on the school's official VKontakte page[…]
Alongside fetal models and presentations featuring images of embryos, priests also screen films promoting anti-abortion messages and traditional family values

A growing number of white Democratic congressional candidates are leaning on their clerical credentials to court Christian voters, but a closer look at their records reveals positions that conflict sharply with biblical teaching on life, marriage, and family. As the 2026 midterms approach, five clergy members and seminarians running under the Democratic banner are testing whether faith-infused language can bridge the gap between progressive policy and traditional Christian conviction.
<...>
For Christians evaluating these candidates, the tension is not simply political but theological. The use of clerical titles and scriptural language to advance positions that contradict Christian teaching on life, marriage, and human dignity raises serious questions about what these candidates actually believe and who they represent. Scripture does not bend to fit political platforms, and believers are wise to evaluate candidates not by the credentials they hold but by the fruit their records produce. Pray for wisdom and discernment for Christian voters heading into the midterms, that they would weigh candidates carefully against the full counsel of God’s word rather than the selective use of religious language.
<...>
How you can pray for this issue:
Lord, we pray that Christian voters would not be deceived but would have the wisdom and discernment to test God's Word against woke Christian candidates. May these left-wing clergymen realize the error of their ways and come back to You. Amen.

The state's Democratic leaders proudly unveiled a new bronze statue of the ancient pagan god Molech in front of the state Capitol on Thursday morning, further emphasizing their commitment to promoting child sacrifice.

Governor Maura Healey announced the statue in conjunction with the state's new law allowing infanticide, finally giving the notorious demon of child sacrifice the place of recognition he deserves.

"Welcome home to Boston, Molech!" said Healey as the statue was unveiled. "For thousands of years, this wonderful demon god has stood as the symbol that the true way to gain the good you want out of life is through child sacrifice. Today, we reaffirm that belief. The state of Massachusetts looks forward to murdering tens of thousands of babies as our offering, so that women may in turn be rewarded with the freedom and prosperity they desire. All hail Molech!"

While Democrats cheered the new statue, some Massachusetts residents expressed discomfort with having the worship of a demon happening at the state capitol. "That seems bad," said local woman Christina Larson. "I feel like an ancient demon deity that demanded kids be burned alive as a sacrifice on his altar is, ah, not something we would want on the grounds of the Capitol building. Am I wrong in thinking that?"

At publishing time, Governor Healey had also commissioned a golden statue of herself to be erected at the Capitol and ordered all residents to bow down to it under penalty of being thrown into a fiery furnace.

Leftist, Marxist, pro-homosexual, pro-abortion, pro-godless education, pro-everything that’s against God, came to dominate in these allied nations. They legalized abortion, homosexualized mirage, and they introduced every form of perversion into the schools. So the question is valid: did World War II make the world free for democracy? Or did World War II make the world free for international Marxism? Or did World War II make the world free from God’s laws and the Christian law order that dominated for one thousand years prior? …
Apparently, the lesson that the world was supposed to take from World War II was this—all right, this is the post-World War II consensus: Aggressive nationalism, racial politics, antisemitism, and authoritarianism cause catastrophe. Therefore, post-war society should favor liberal democracy, minority protections, international cooperation, and distrust of extreme nationalism.
But what if liberal democracy, international cooperation, and multiculturalism imposed upon nations could be just as bad as the Nazis? What about that?
[…]
What if the fundamental problem of Germany was 40 years of dabbling homosexuality, naturalistic evolution, or just good old-fashioned Christian apostasy, and a rejection of Jesus Christ, a national pride, and favoring of traditional civilization rooted in paganism as opposed to God’s law revealed in the Old and New Testaments?

As a pro-choicer: pro-choicers need to acknowledge that yeah, abortion is killing a human.

I’m pro choice, I get it. Morally, ethically, philosophically, all that. I understand and appreciate the importance of having that choice. What I don’t understand however, is the pro choice movement trying to act like abortion is not killing a human? It’s definitely killing a human.

I feel like the pro choice movement needs to just stand on business. Pulling the plug on grandma is “killing” grandma. Same idea, but we don’t say “kill” simply because we don’t want to say that we killed grandma. When kill is absolutely the correct word too.

Embryos, fetus, clump of cells. It’s all human. It was never an alien. It def is killing a human. Can we move on from that and PROGRESS from that convo though. Like maybe discuss why it’s ethical to “kill” meemaw .. and why/how that applies elsewhere.
