Probably, because when they’d see just how wildly various “racially” similar populations vary when it comes to this area, based on GDP, access to high-level technology and high-quality educational institutions, and so on, they’d be forced to admit that trying to explain those differences through some innate, genetic factors, is utterly redundant.

To give an example of what I mean: I’ve recently been looking at scimago data on numbers of scientific articles published by various countries/regions in 2020, and one thing that really stuck out to me, was seeing that there were more articles published in Botswana (857) than in D.R. Congo (499). Now, keep in mind that the latter has more than 37-times the population of the former. Thus, there were more than 64-times as many scientific documents produced, per capita, in Botswana than in D.R. Congo. The best thing is, this difference between two “black” countries, and thus perfectly explainable by things other than genes according to our “race realist” friends, is much greater than the ones between Sub-Saharan Africa and various “white” regions, which, at least according to my calculations, never even approach 50, despite the absolutely ridiculous differences in GDP, personal wealth, access to high-level technology, and so on. The same can be seen in Europe and other regions as well of course, with, for example, Czech Republic producing more that Ukraine despite having less than a fourth of its population, and so on.

Just in case anyone is curious what data I ended up with, here’s how the various regions of the world stacked up against each other in the numbers of published scientific documents in 2020, in both the total numbers and per 100k people:image

As we can see, the differences are definitely stark, but not even close to the Botswana/D.R.C. one, and nothing that cannot be explained by the massive differences in economic, and general, development between those countries. (The “Non-Arab Middle East” category consists just of Israel, Iran and Turkey. Just to be clear, the reason I submitted this is not merely because the OP believes in the occult, it’s because they are pushing a belief system which a majority of other occultists themselves would consider to be mistaken or deluded, and using a crackpotty, quantum woo understanding of the string theory to do so. As the person to whom the OP is reacting to mentioned, it is generally believed that the steep decline in the popularity of chaos magick in the 90/00s is linked to the occult community’s discovery that “working” with fictional deities is simply not the same as doing so with various traditional ones, with the result being a large exodus of chaos magick practicioners into various more traditional occult organizations and belief systems.

While the OP is entitled to believe whatever they wish to believe, it should definitely be noted that a majority, quite probably a notably large one, of their own community would consider their beliefs to be wrong, and when paired with the fact that, in an almost clichéd crackpot fashion, they are trying to use a concept in theoretical physics of which they quite obviously don’t really know anything to push it, that’s when I think it really crosses a line into something that should be posted on this site.

According to the World Bank’s most recent data, while Iceland, Norway and Finland are among the 10 countries with the most equal distributions of income, they’re at the tail end of those 10, with 5 Slavic countries (Slovenia, Czechia, Slovakia, Belarus, Ukraine), 1 non-Slavic Eastern European (Moldova) and 1 quetionably Eastern European, but still post-Soviet country (Azerbaijan) ahead of them, while Denmark and Sweden are far behind all of those, being barely more equal than Kosovo, Poland or Iraq.

The picture admittedly gets a little bit blurry when we move onto wealth inequality. Sweden is more equal than Russia, while Ukraine is more unequal than Denmark, but they are still, respectively, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 8th most unequal countries on Earth. However, as we can see from the picture above, Eatern European countries still seem to be, in general, more equal in this area than Northern/Western European ones, with the world’s most unequal country, the Netherlands, being Germanic/Western European, while Slavic/Eastern European Slovakia is the world’s most equal country.

It’s quite obvious that none of the people in that thread (bar maybe the one guy who lived in Spain and knows how idiotic the belief that they are “mixed” and somehow different from other Europeans is) have any real grasp of the topic they are talking about, at all, in any way.

There’s an extremely good reason for why the only places where those 19th century-style debates about whether some major groups of Europeans are “mongrels”, or “invaders”, are taking place, are obscure racist, segregationist, white nationalist/supremacist and other crackpot websites like the one this quote is from, with any mainstream scientific interest in the issue having been dead for decades. That reason is a little something called genetics. Study after study has repeatedly shown that, barring very few genetic isolates (Basques, Sardinians, Icelanders, Finns and other peoples from the extreme North-East of Europe (Samis and Komis)), Europeans are extremely genetically homogenuous, with continent-wide samples showing genetic diversity comparable to single population samples from elsewhere in the world, genes mirroring geography and seamlessly flowing from one population into the other, with there being pretty much no real way to divide the vast majority of Europeans into discrete populations on a genetic basis.

From Spain to Russia, and from Italy to Sweden, all European populations are tightly clustered together genetically into a single mass, with the two outlier populations, Estonians and (especially) Finns, together showing a similar amount of genetic diversity as all the other populations put together.

Also, since OP is talking specifically about the Spanish and the Ashkenazis, I’d point out that that article also has this comparison of genetic distances between various European and non-European populations. Despite hundreds of years of intermarriage, between both Ashkenazis and Europeans in general, and Ashkenazis and Spaniards in particular, the latter are still genetically closer to the Swedes, the archetypal Europeans according to the OP’s lot, than they are to the former. Only the Russians, a population on the opposite end of Europe, are genetically more distant from them than the Ashkenazis.

Seriously, the sheer amount of American far-righters who just automatically associate speaking Spanish or Portuguese with not being European, and then start speaking utterly deluded bullshit about distant countries they’ve never been to, is just maddening. The amount of times I’ve had some serious second-hand embarrassment while reading American far-righters talking about Southern or, less commonly now, Eastern Europe, is just stupidly large.

Just in case people don’t really get what’s going on in this quote, the OP is trying to push a, by now, all-but-completely discredited theory that the Suevi, a group of Germanic peoples living in modern-day Germany and surrounding areas during the time of the Roman Empire, were in fact, fully or at least predominantly, Slavic.

From what I understand, it was built on quite shoddy evidence even for that time, which was the only time when it was taken seriously at all in at least some circles, depending entirely on the fact that, during the Migration period and throughout a good portion of the Early Middle Ages, the Slavs did control/populate a substantial part of modern-day Germany, including basically all of the territory previously populated by the Suevi. So, the proponents of this theory simply claimed that those Slavs were actually the Suevi the Romans wrote about, and that they were simply always there.

Well, that and flimsy similarities between the names of those groups, including some similarities between the names of Suevic tribes and random Slavic words, as can be nicely seen in this case, where the Suevi’s principal tribe, the Sem(n)ones, are claimed to be Slavic due to the similarity of a part of their name to the Slavic word for “earth” or “ground”, and because a certain religious ritual of theirs involved groveling on the ground, which makes about as much sense as claiming that all predominantly Christian ethnicities are actually off-shoots of the Kapsiki people, because they clasp their hands when praying.

In the last century, archaeology has pretty much completely debunked this hypothesis, yet, the OP’s website keeps on pushing it, with doing so actually being one of the principal reasons behind the existence of that website, as they themselves admit.

I don’t have the article at hand right now, but I remember searching for articles about it some time ago when it blew up a little, and I found one where they pointed out that the results in the graph are from a study where people were asked how they feel. Nothing more. As in, the results are from answers given by the subjects, which they probably had as much time as needed to think about, rather than from their actions, or anything similar. That’s not exactly the greatest method of finding out how someone actually feels about something. The authors of that article pointed out that, once you look at studies looking at subconcious bias, or anything else where people can’t just give what they believe is the correct answer, all of those supposed differences between white liberals and other groups disappear. They say they don’t have any in-group bias, but they do, just as hard as anyone else. Something so strongly welded to the human psyche doesn’t disappear just because of light political/societal pressure.

Exactly. Whenever I see anecdotes like this, whether it’s people claiming to live in haunted houses where heavy furniture is regularly shuffled around by invisible beings (Yet somehow this is never caught on camera in a way that truly can’t be faked…), or people claiming that they were able to seriously affect reality after merely reciting some magical incantation a few times, or truly extraordinary stories like this one, where the guy literally just randomly met a major deity, the obvious lack of critical thinking astounds me. Do those people just have no idea how the world would look like if the supernatural was so obviously real? If things like that can happen so easily, then why is there absolutely no hard proof of anything supernatural existing? Why, with all of the scientific/recording equipment all over the world, have we not recorded a single, irrefutable proof of any of this?

In 2010, Harvard academic Lynn Lawry and a team of researchers conducted a survey of human-rights abuses in over 1,000 households in conflict-ridden eastern Congo. It found that 40% of the women — and 10% of the men — who said they were subjected to sexual violence were assaulted by a woman.

Also, I really wonder what would happen if someone were to tell them that, far from males being uniquely violently sexually aggressive, it’s still unclear whether there are any significant gender differences in the use of physical violence and other violent methods (such as the use of a weapon) to rape someone, as discussed in this 2009 study (which itself found no real differences in this area).

Although Struckman-Johnson et al. (2003) concluded that women typically use ‘‘gentler or less exploitative tactics than men’’ (p. 85), most extant research does not yield significant differences in self-reported use of force tactics across gender. Zurbriggen (2000) found that 11% of both males and females had used one or more force tactics such as ‘‘gripped someone tightly and given them an angry look when they were not giving me the sexual response I wanted’’ or ‘‘gotten a little drunk and forced the person that I’m with to have sex with me’’ (p. 565). Hogben and Waterman (2000) found that male and female college students reported using equivalent levels of violence or threats of violence to obtain sex.

This 2014 study of 10,000+ US high schoolers likewise didn’t find much gender differences in this type of sexual victimization, and this 2015 study of college students from 10 EU countries found that in half of them, more men than women were victimized by the other in this manner (the relevant graph included below with the figures in question highlighted)

The best thing about their responses? The insane hypocrisy and myopia. For context, the story is yet another of those “How I saw the light” stories AmRen regularly publishes, this one being, supposedly, from a woman whose family moved to a heavily black area, with them being “The only whites for miles around.”. Apparently, they were pretty regularly harrassed, and after one of the author’s sisters won a fight with a much older black girl, said girl’s mother came to their apartment door with a butcher’s knife, and started trying to break in, screaming that she wants them all dead. Apparently, almost all of their neighbours came to watch what was happening, yet after the police came, they couldn’t find a single witness willing to testify.

So, they read a story about a minority family being harrassed and ganged-up on by the local majority, and instead of offering sympathy or anything else that a normal person would do, their fragile egos can’t take the mental image of something like that, and they just immediately start to cope by imagining revenge/power fantasies with their group being the majority brutalizing some outsiders.

Pathetic, and psychopathic.

Note that there’s something very suspicious about that forest claim. Namely, that it’s implied to be naught but women pleasuring men. So, where’s the obverse? If the claim is somehow true, it should have been roughly equal.

I’m not really sure about that. I’ve seen a study that claimed that blowjobs are five times as common as cunnilingus, as an annoying number of men seem to highly prefer receiving oral to giving, with younger guys in particular driving this trend. Although other research, including a study referenced in that article, paint a brighter picture when it comes to this issue, I can definitely see that, in middle and/or high schools, there would be pretty serious inequality in this area.

…Erm, no? If black people are five times as likely as white people to have a particular trait, but there’s five times as many white people as there are black people in the general population to balance it out, that means there’s as many black people as there are white people with that trait. It’s the “1” in that “5:1” that gets multiplied here, not the “5”.

Nope. Interestingly, about a month or so ago, an interesting survey about South Koreans' attitude to immigration came out. While it did find that, as far as non-East Asian groups were concerned (Attitudes towards ethnic Koreans from other countries, and other East Asian ethnicities, were quite mixed.), they were much more positive about immigration from the West than from the Global South (Only about 20% were against the former, while 40% were against the latter.), the researchers noted that this was not because they are “self-hating, boot-licking dogs” or whatever some incel came up with, but almost entirely because whites are expected to go back. Since Europe and North America are quite similar to South Korea in terms of prosperity and development, white immigrants in South Korea are seen mostly as temporary visitors who have no real reason to stay in the country for too long, instead of going back to their similarly rich and developed countries. Other immigrant groups however, mostly hailing from countries which are not even close to SK in any of those metrics, are mostly seen as moochers with absolutely no reason not to stay in the country for as long as possible.
