My Mom actually experianced a miracle that cant be called a coincidence. She requested for God to show her that he was there for her, at a stressful time in her life, she saw a angle that night.

Facts supporting this event:
-mom is not known for lieing
-she was not sleeping
-Mainly: the angel she saw was 12-13 feet tall, at the time she thought angles were much like cupid, small...shorter then humans. If this were a dream or a illisuion her mind would of created a image similar to that of cupid, yet it was 4 times the size! She did not realize why the angel was so big in real life till she read in the Bible that angels are 11-15 feet tall.

The vast majority of mankind will never find the Lord. Indeed, the majority of mankind will be lost for eternity. This doctrine may be difficult to accept, yet true nonetheless! But where, oh where, I ask, is the warning? I look to our pulpits, but they utter not a word of this place. Why do the vast majority of "pastors" refuse to preach hell fire?

HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of souls are going to burn in hell for ever and ever and ever. Is this not important enough to deserve our utmost attention? Why does Joel Osteen, poster boy for Colgate, refuse to preach hell fire?

My friends, Brothers and Sisters, allow me to speak plainly...

We need to cast out these cotton-candy preachers!

We need to finish with them!

[Excerpt from a long list of "answered prayers"]

explain the following events that i prayed for and recieved with incredible accuracy.

the first answer prayer i prayed for a ballon lost in a parking lot to a restraunt i at the time lived 20 miles from said restraunt. i prayed for the return of my balloon. silently. the next morning i found a balloon in the tree (popped) in the back yard same color. i pulled it down with a rake. it had the logo of that restraunt. with the string untied. my sister got a pink one i had yellow.

i lived in texas and prayed for snow and got it. (ok it snows in texas but rarely)

i was mad at my parents and prayed for a newborn baby brother with a hairy butt crack so it was hard for them to change his diapers. it happened a year later.

Our God is a God of Love, but also a God of Hate. Too common is the myth that God "hates the sin but loves the sinner." This is a lie! In many instances, as evident in the scriptures, God hates the individual who commits the wicked deed. Yes, it is true that our God is a God of Love, but He is also a God of Hate.

I still stand on behalf of the baby, no matter what. And if you really want to theorize, think about this. I try to look for the good in all people and all things. Perhaps the child concieved in the rape is actually a test of the woman's true faith. Raising the child could actually make the woman a better person, don't you think?

[regarding an article about funding to study plant evolution...]

This release only deals with micro evolution. Read the statement,

"The outcomes of this new program will tie together studies of the evolution of gene structure, function and regulation across the whole plant kingdom," said Collins.

they only talk about the plant kind. Come back when Collins talks about across the whole macrolevel kingdom (as in goo, dogs, and bananas).

Here is a cool fact that I heard. In a lab somewhere, there are scientists that are shooting atoms at each other, seeing what smaller particles make up the atom. They have found that every atom is made up of Nuetrons, Protons and Electrons.

Each of these are made up of a smaller particle (man, I forget what they are called). After that, the only thing they found was light, and we know that light is made up of sound. Nobody yet can say (I have yet to hear) what sound is made up of.

God spoke, and there was light, and then everything else. Sound is the power of creation.

A woman wants to abort a rape child? She should have thought of that before she walked down that dark alley without a male prescence, not to mention she should have thought before putting on revealing attire.

[Yes. It should (be legal). Otherwise you're screwing over the women who don't deserve their fate.]

Are you calling them victims now? Should've stayed in the house where it's safe.

["Existence is alive." Huh? What existence? We are aware and alive, certainly, but how are you claiming that the paper on my desk is aware and alive?]

The existence of everything. I am claiming that what took the form of a piece of paper is aware and alive. I cannot say the paper is aware-only what constitutes it. I can, however, state with all truthfulness the paper is alive. It is moving-living, albeit slowly, very slowly, and within a boundary-which creates the illusion of a piece of paper.

The problem, Theresa, is that most people do not have fully consistent belief systems.

So someone who does not believe in God may also believe in karma and in angels. Is this person an atheist? Yes.

Afterall, there are many people who don't believe in the existence of God but who accept the existence of men and of rocks. And these beliefs are also inconsistent.

Yep, when it comes down to it I want to go home. I have always said that if we were attacked they would probably bomb Wichita, Ks., which is 2 hours west of me, and that I would drive as fast as I could toward Wichita. Why wait for the fallout to blow my way? I would prefer to spend up what was going to happen anyway.

...I really can't say what I will do till something happens, but do know that He is with me, and I know as you said that to die is gain. PRAISE THE LORD!!

I'm glad to see there were no "abortion is OK if she was raped" replies. If she was in fact raped, she must play the hand that was dealt to her, accept it as God's Will, and raise the interracial baby as her own.

The REAL distance from SUN to EARTH - revealed worldwide first by Matt Marriott

There are no doubts that Earth does not orbit the sun.
The hoax was created by the satanists to destroy the credibility of the Bible.
There are no doubts that Earth does not rotate (1). So there's only one question left:
How fast is the sun REALLY moving around the Earth?
Or in other words: what is the real distance from Earth to the Sun?

Answer: A fraction of what you were told in school...
A sun which size is a fraction of what you were told in school...

1 + 1 = 2
End Times is when some of those 1 + 1 equations that were previously hidden finally surface.
Solar eclipses (2) are not even in that category. They have been around from the beginning ...

Notes:
(1) Reminder: to explain "scientifically" their hoaxes, the satanists use two types of "magic": unspecified equations for observable facts (examples: evolution, earth's rotation) or equations for dummies for the rest (example: theory of relativity).

(2) As one reader puts it:
Simple equation:
Sun Moon and Earth in a straight line.
Sun emits light, Moon blocks light, creates shadow on Earth.
Take the diameter of the Moons shadow, and distance of Moon from Earth.
I dont think the sun is as big as the solar scale says it is.

AIDS is bio-terrorism created to kill billions some doctors and scientists say

There is a story that has actually been around for a while, but it is starting to get a lot of press about how Aids began as a part of a smallpox vaccination program in the mid-1970's. I wonder how valid this concept of biological warfare is? It could be a dream come true for the mafia to kill people off and make it look like it was the result of natural causes. Perhaps they should make a movie about it.

[In answer to the question if you had a time machine and went back to the time of Jesus' death but found he just died and stayed dead like everyone else]

If I found that Jesus did not rise again, then, I am not sure what I would do. Faith requires me to believe anyway. The "faithful" thing to do would be to say that you had somehow rigged the system to show me a false version of the events. The logical thing to do would be to stop believing. I sure HOPE (and I know you are going to be disappointed with this answer) that my faith would be strong enough to believe even when my own eyes tell me otherwise.

Survival is a conscious choice, but if I have evolved why don't I remember it?

Memory is key to the passing on of the necessary knowledge for survival among other things. Survival is a conscious choice. Why do these two things not combined to create a memory of having evolved?

The evidence is missing for a reason. Evolution is false. The devil has deceived people that they can forget their ancestry with the justification of survival.

The rumors that the Pentagon might repeal the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy are truly disturbing, to say the least.

Not only would this be a terrible disgrace to our Armed Forces; it would also add fuel to the terrorist flame. You think the terrorists hate us now? Just imagine, for a moment, how they'll react to an Army of Sodomites!

Let me make myself clear: I do not "hate" sodomites and lesbians. I have three friends who are homosexual: one sodomite, and two lesbians. I pray for them continuously that they might come unto repentance.

Due to their immoral, rebellious, and unnatural lifestyle, however, they ought not to be permitted into the Armed Forces, unless they remain silent about their lifestyle. It's just that simple!

[What is Christian Forums teaching you?]

Not just CF but the religious and political sites on the net have made me understand those opposed to Christian morality and who mock Christian virtues are more militant, more intolerant, more impervious to rational argument and more numerous than I had suspected. Knew the mindset was out there--I grew up with it--but didn't realize opposing the faith consumes so many lives.

ReluctantProphet #fundie christianforums.com

If fact, this is one of the issues with Atheism. To the Atheist mentality, there is no after life and thus all concerns are only about what he wants for now - temporary short lived "stuff". This mentality is great for the US economy because the people don't try to save anything up and thus spend, waste, and work to buy more only to end up with nothing.

There is a part of Judaism that appreciates people who think like that. The Christian is encouraging people to try to make later generations happier than they were (or they are supposed to be anyway). Those future generations are a part of the Christian in Christian theology. The Atheist theology leaves him not really watching out for later generations or tomorrow and thus allowing political powers to creep in with greater ease. To the politically minded, the Atheist is the easy to manipulate sucker.

So in short, by assuming that your death will bring some fixed result regardless of what you do, you merely make it harder for your children and easier for political entrapment and dictatorship.

Does a canary who is hatched from an egg in a cage and lives it's whole life in the cage, know that it is in a cage?

If someone asked that bird "why are you living in a cage"?...would the bird say "what is a cage? I'm not in a cage"?

and if someone said to it...."look at those bars, feel them...that is a cage"....then the bird would say "no, that's not. That's just the nature of my world. I'm not in a cage".

Could anyone ever convince that bird that he was living and existing inside a cage? or would that bird always believe that those bars were just "nature" and the way his world was supposed to be?

When we feel the "bars" of our cage, that is God....do we just continue to believe that it's just "nature" and the way the world is supposed to be?...or do we see the cage for what it is?

The bird lived it's whole life inside the cage, and therefore couldn't see the cage...and when it was forced to see the cage....interpreted it to be just the nature of things.

we live our whole lives inside of God...and therefore can't see God, but when forced to see....interpret Him to be just the nature of things.

I'm tired of hearing all of this debate of homosexuality. Why is it even debateable? These people are abominations in the eyes of the Lord; they could change their ways but choose not to. There's no arguement, that's just how it is. We should burn the gays at the stake, it worked in the Inquisition...I don't see any witches around anymore (real witches, not those hippy wiccan imitation witches).

For example, in physics, one of the first things you learn is that energy never, ever ceases to exist. Energy can only be transformed. Well...in a way, this supports the theory that when human beings die, they cannot cease to exist. Where does the energy go?

The body is physically failing, but the soul survives until the last second of life (and is sometimes brought back after a few minutes through modern medicine). Where does the energy of your thoughts go? It cannot just disappear in a snap. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard.

I put my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Let's take a look at what evolutionists put their faith in:

1) Evolutionists put their faith in a mysterious primordial swamp that produced life from non-life.

2) Evolutionists put their faith in the fact that fish can morph into amphibians...that amphibians can morph into reptiles..that retiles can morph into mammals...that apes can morph into humans.

3) Evolutionists put their faith in thousands of common ancestors that have never been found.

4) Evolutionists put their faith in beneficial random mutations which have never proven to be random.

5) Evolutionists put their faith in natural selection, which has never even been tested.

6) Evolutionists put their faith in flawed dating techniques.

7) Evolutionists put their faith in the hopes that humans are actually apes.

8) Evolutionists put their faith in the hopes that a monkey can morph into a human simply by hopping down from tree branches and walking out into wide open spaces.

9) Evolutionists put their faith that a giant explosion could produce order.

10) Evolutionists put their faith that DNA could self-organize from randomly arising chemicals.

YourChild #fundie christianforums.com

LOL thats interesting that you brought up this point, VET. I have noticed that these so called evolutionist "scientists" seem to somehow manage to "refute" anything to make it fit their "scientific theory". Oh by the way, if evolution is true, then that must mean that in so many years in the future, humans are going to be "evolving" into some other form. We wont be looking like how we are right now, right? evolution keeps going on nonstop right? so if this is true, the only way to find out is to take a million years leap into the future and see what your decendants look like. but since you are going to live for only another (on average) 30-40 years, you had better write a letter and glue your picture to it and pass it down to your generations stating, "this is the year 2006 and this is how I look like. Now it is 'x' years later. if you do not look anything like me (a human being), then you had better put your faith in God because the theory of evolution during my generation was all foolishness and it was unfortunate that I had to learn the hard way!

Sure, maybe it would be a form of mind control. But then you wouldn't know any better after it was done that way.

Think of it this way. In my human state I can hold out hope that God has a loophole to save the unsaved. That makes me happy now. However, after I die it turns out that there is no loophole and God simply rewrites my mind. I'm still happy because I'm ignorant of any loss.

Either way, God fulfills his word that there will be no more sadness in heaven.

[If homosexual relations (for example) are against God's law, then would you believe that not only gay marriage would be wrong, but any kind of gay sexual activity? If so, what penalties do you think would be appropriate for breaking this law?]

Well the Bible calls for death but he who is without sin and all. I only think they should be fined or jailed.

[Other than being unConstitutional and impossible to enforce, not to mention making criminals of normal people...]

Its not normal. We put people with mental disturbancies in asylums don't we? As homosexuality is a mental disturbance they should be put in asylums for mental help and spiritual guidance.

[How would we go about legally handling the issue of straight couples who engage in "homosexual sex acts" and homosexuals who engage in acts shared between heterosexuals?]

Assuming they don't get caught there's nothing the government can do. If they get caught thought then they should at least be fined and probably have mandatory therapy.
