Okay, I don't know that much about the care of dementia patients so I might be wrong, but I don't think there's a chance in hell that any care facility would kick out a resident for being transphobic. People with dementia can get completely unhinged, after all. My mother used to work in a nursing home and was called names, punched on several occassions and had to deal with old men jerking off by the breakfast table, and none of them ever got kicked out.
