The letters have a phonetic meaning only. The original alphabet (from which the Latin one is derived) had letters that each had multiple symbolic meanings.

I prefer to go with paleo-Hebrew because the more modern/Aramaic versions of the letters have lost much of the original, intuitive symbolism.

So you have a set of around 20 symbols that each have at least 2 or 3 potential meanings. And this is in addition to a phonetic meaning (the sound) for each letter.

I won't bother with "Science" but I will point out the religious significance of this.

All of the Torah (ie. first 5 books of the Old Testament) was originally written in the Hebrew language and in the paleo-Hebrew alphabet. That means the words were all made up of symbols with multiple meanings. If you don't know the meanings of the letters and you don't have "cultural familiarity" with the language... you'll miss out on some of the fundamental meaning.

How about the Bible?

All of the Bible was originally written in either Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. The first part is basically all Hebrew with a little bit of Aramaic. And I think the New Testament is mostly/all in Koine Greek.

The thing to realize is how much meaning is lost if/when you translate Hebrew (with Hebrew letters/symbolism) into English... using that "fallen" Latin alphabet.

Once you understand this, you will see a modern English language/Latin alphabet Bible in a completely different way. It's a good effort. And a lot of the meaning is still there. But a modern Bible is like an abandoned ancient city in the jungle... all covered up in earth and plants.

I have a theory that most media that depicts youkai as cute anime women (Example:Touhou) is being controlled by them in some way. Think about it. It would be a lot easier to lure humans to you if they perceived you as "uwu cute waifu." Heck,this may even extend to their physical forms aswell. No one would want to have sex with something like a Kasa-Obake or Kappa (unless you're into that sort of thing) so they've altered their appearances to take forms based on the depections of youkai as anime girls to lure in their prey.

Every group needs a enemy. Truth is,it's unclear how much we know about lunarians is true or fabricated by the youkai,and it's unclear that their civilization even exists. SSIB was created to demonize the lunarians and make the Youkai look good by comparison. Everyone keeps waiting for aliens to land on the White House lawn or beam a message into the sky with a big "We Are Here" sign. But what if contact and disclosure doesn’t come like that? What if it’s already happened, and we just didn’t notice?

Here’s what I think might be possible: Aliens wouldn’t need to physically come here to make contact. That’s slow, expensive, dangerous. They run the code, and boom. It starts spreading. Quietly. Invisibly. Maybe it embeds itself in software, maybe it rides through updates or just hides in plain sight. Like a botnet... only instead of some teenager mining crypto, it’s an alien intelligence learning about us from the inside.

Okay, so I just finished a deep-dive study (yes, I’m the author) on the Great Pyramid, and here’s the wild part: the numbers actually back up the idea that it was intentionally built to work as a massive passive capacitor.

I ran a bunch of simulations using the real geometry and material properties (limestone casing, granite chambers with piezoelectric quartz, etc). The results? The pyramid could store around 462 nF of charge, with a potential over 1.5 million volts. That’s not just a random side effect-my analysis suggests the design choices were deliberate to maximize these electrostatic properties.

No one’s done in-pyramid electrostatic field measurements yet, so this is all based on modeling and simulation, but the evidence is there. If we ever get to do real field tests, I think we’ll find the pyramid is way more than just a tomb.

The only way to break this cycle is to “escape the planet” and then we’re just starting a whole new cycle for a whole new planet with the same tumorous species as a variable. I can’t figure it out myself but something tells me this is due to the same factors that put 99% of the wealth into 1% of the population. Hold on to your pitchforks, folks, just hear me out.

Growing up in the 90s and 00s, I remember seeing or hearing a lot of jokes about inbred hillbillies.

For example, Cletus in The Simpsons is shown as an idiotic, ugly simpleton.

He is husband to Brandine Spuckler, and it is heavily implied throughout the series that they are in some way related (possibly brother and sister, although other relationships have also been mentioned, such as Brandine calling Cletus her son), meaning that they are in an incestuous relationship and them having children together counts consanguinity.

I don't recall many jokes about inbred arabs or Muslims, though.

And if you look at the stats, it turns out that marriage between cousins is surprisingly common in some places.

In the Arab world, the practice of marrying relatives is common. According to the Centre for Arabic Genomic Research, between 40% and 54% of UAE nationals' marriages are between family members, up from 39% in the previous generation. Between 21% and 28% of marriages of UAE nationals were between first cousins.

Anyway, I was recently chatting with a Saudi-born Canadian and he raised the issue of consanguinity.

He doubts the idea that marriage and procreation between cousins leads to genetic abnormalities.

It got me to thinking, how do I know that consanguinity is as genetically dangerous as I have been led to believe?

And, if it is as dangerous as some people say, then why would western countries want to allow mass immigration from places where this occurs regularly?

Either way are being psyopped on an enormous scale, and consanguinity isn't the problem we've been led to believe...

OR

Western countries are being inundated by genetically-[redacted] people who engage in genuinely dangerous breeding practices.

Out of the two possibilities on the table, I'm not sure which one is more disturbing.

Calling women biphobic for not wanting to date a bi man waters down the term

As a bisexual myself I feel like calling something as trivial as this biphobic just waters down the term. It started out as something to refer to people who say bisexuality doesn’t exist or that refers to bad stereotypes people perpetrate about the bi community and now people use it in response to someone not wanting to date them? Someone can be unattracted to something but not think it’s bad in principle. Unattractive doesn’t mean it’s a moral flaw it just means you’re turned off and it’s ok to be turned off by anything. I’m not attracted to people with high body counts or guys shorter than me. I don’t think a high body count is inherently bad just unattractive to me. Same with being shorter than me

It literally doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t want to date you for being bi. I would say this issue comes up the most in relation to straight women and lesbian women (for Bi women). As long as someone is otherwise an ally who does it even affect if someone doesn’t want to date you. Unless the reason is “bi men are cheaters” then why does it matter? If someone didn’t want to date me because I’m bi I would shrug and move on to someone who doesn’t care.

The LGBTQ+ Community Sucks (please hear me out

The people don’t. I will never intentionally hold a person’s physical identifications and characteristics against them, just how they act and treat others. I just feel like way more people are part of the community than are actually part of the community, and please let me explain.

I’ve seen far too many people who make their sexuality/gender their entire personality, and I think that characteristic shouldn’t become a person’s entire nature. If you’re gay, you’re gay; so what? I don’t care, I’m a straight guy and who you like has no bearing on me and similarly I don’t think who I like should bother you. I think the people who “act gay” (sorry I couldn’t think of a more appropriate way to phrase this) and push their sexuality in others’ faces are just lost and found solace in a community that basically self-identifies as misfits.

I believe there are genuinely gay people. However, I think that there are so many new descriptors and minuscule variations, how someone can have different romantic vs sexual attractions that I truthfully can’t wrap my head around. Either way, I’m sure there are some - maybe only a few, but some nonetheless - who truly feel the way they identify. I believe those are the people who don’t feel a need to push themselves into my face.

What I find concerning is how many people I know who’ve gone from simple nerdy misfits, kinda like myself, to just full blown ultra extreme members with like a ton of identifiers that they constantly throw around. I think that some of the most extreme members of the community, in particular the large amount of people who constantly push their identification to others are just unsatisfied with themselves. I went through a brief period of questioning and came to the conclusion that I’m just weird. I was in a friend group and one of us came out as gay, so another came out as asexual. The latter’s justification? He couldn’t pull and was unable to talk to women…so

I saw a post asking “What's the creepiest thing that society says is OK?”. Of course I immediately thought of “killing and eating animals”. I searched certain phrases to see if anyone mentioned that in the comments. Anyone that did was downvoted to hell and had replies like “I’m going to go get a juicy burger for lunch”. All the other things people named got taken seriously and upvoted, even if it’s controversial (like abortion). Some stuff were things people normally do and the commenter and everyone replying admit they do it, but agree it’s creepy that it’s normal. They can’t even do that about eating animals. The denial is so bad, no one wants to hear about it because they want to pretend it doesn’t happen, and then get mad at someone for mentioning it because it makes them feel guilty.

Even in this very day and age there are many societies. Young girls in remote African villages work and are mature, while their western equivalents still play games.

Islamically a girl can marry once she’s hit puberty and is mature.

Maybe the Mayans were off a couple decades almost to the day, it’s estimated the calendar came to be in 3114 BCE. 20yrs over a 5100+ yr timespan is 0.4% which would be incredibly accurate given where technology was at the time.

Contrary to the idea...not long ago I checked the numbers...the carry babies to term and have them quite well... There isn't much of risk increase at all.. their bodies...amazing and resilient (no, you are never going to ruin that pussy with that)

But, do keep in mind, young and inexperienced mother's, especially without a solid strong support system and accepting wonderful community are going to have anton of other problems...

School, post pardum depression, trouble with their social circle, work and income..met.

Biologically... 12 is middle-aged... when the average life span was 30... women were married and had children at 13... IF, a girl becomes pregnant at 12 (GOD FORBID) it has been proven many, many times that they can carry a baby to term. It is actually far more dangerous to have a baby at 40 than at 12.
