The Borg
The “Borg” of Star Trek are an allegorical metaphor for the Greco-Roman Empire in Greenland which rules the world via the Babylon System. The term “canina” is a direct reference to Canaan (i.e., Greenland), home of the werewolf. “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” is one of Aesop's Fables where the idiom to "cry wolf", meaning to give a false alarm, was ultimately derived from.
