1) They create families where no one in the family is related to each other and don't know their ancestors

2) Children of homosexual marriages have no clue what a husband and wife are and what each represents because it's arbitrary between each homosexual couple

3) Children of a homosexual marriage have only one gender role model so they have no clue how a man and a woman are to treat each other in an intimate relationship

4) Children of a homosexual marriage are programmed to believe that sex between people of the same sex is what they're supposed to do as adults since children look up to their parents.

5) Children of a homosexual marriage who have any inclinations toward homosexuality are thus given a license to experiment as adults when they wouldn't do so if society didn't embrace homosexuality. So homosexuality will keep increasing with each generation

6) Children of a homosexual marriage have zero ideas about what boundaries are between people since sex is the main reason that their parents want to be together in the first place. If the homosexual parents simply wanted to live together as room-mates, then there's no need for them to "marry" each other in the first place.

7)Children of homosexual marriages will thus grow up, not knowing how to relate to people of their own gender since they think it's okay to be sexually intimate with anyone.

8) Children of a homosexual marriage have no clue what a mother and father are or what each represents since the "mother" and "father are arbitrary between each couple. So who they call their mother and who they call their father becomes so confusing to them that it alienates them in society and causes irrevocable confusion about what parents are supposed to do and be.

For starters. Thus, homosexual marriage cause irreversible damage and confusion to the children in those families which creates even more confused people for the next generation. And all that damage just so two people can act on their lust. There can hardly be few things more selfish.

No people who ever lived practice hate more openly or with more fervor than liberals. They are right up there at the top with the Taliban. (Only liberals are directly responsible for far more deaths than the Taliban.)

For me homosexuality is not a temptation because I never went for that. I could have when I was in highschool and a schoolmate started to do things that one would now call homosexual, starting to masturbate in front of me when I came to him to do homework together! 'I hate him for that,' but as a Christian I am rewquired to forgive him and so I do. That is why I know so very well that homosexuality is a CHOICE! I think every boy has things like this happen in his life, where he must make a choice; the RIGHT CHOICE! There’s hope for people who are trapped in the homosexual lifestyle or who suffer from unwanted same-sex attraction. Part of our fallen condition as humans is that we are all subject to sin. Those who know the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, are no better or worse than those who engage in homosexual sin.

But through the loving and redemptive power of Jesus Christ, we can all find salvation from sin. So can homosexuals.“Gayness” is not an “immutable” or unchangeable condition as homosexual apologists would have you believe. People can find freedom from homosexual behaviors and even from same-sex attractions. It’s not easy, but untold thousands of former homosexuals have done it.

There’s also hope in the ongoing battle between the “gay” agenda and our national moral integrity. Concerned Women for America (CWA) endeavors on a daily basis to counter this destructive movement throughout all facets of culture and public policy.

With God’s help, we can turn back the tide of sexual and moral relativism that has both permeated our society and offended our founding principles.

Reading this thread and others similar to this subject makes my stomach hurt, my heart hurt, chills go down my spine as I think, God sees this abomination, it must hurt Him so very bad to see this happening. Oh, God has to be getting so angry, I really fear the wrath is going to be so horriable that we just won't be able to imagine. I read about the coming wrath, but I can't imagine....
Another thing... I am evidently very politically incorrect... they are Homosexuals NOT gays. Call it what it is. Gay means-Happy. Homosexual means-(well you know) This misuse of this word really makes me angry. When I am told, "Oh, you know so and so are Gay" I always respond with, "Oh, you mean they are homosexuals?" Call it what it is. Or, "The Gay rights blah, blah, blah" I come back with, "Oh you mean the homosexual blah, blah, blah" I always get a surprised look, a look of, "don't say that", a look of fear. hey, if we all did this, call it what it is, maybe, just maybe the shame will return and maybe then we would have a chance to get through to them to turn away from this abomination, they don't want to experience the wrath of God.

I have never heard of any true homo animal, homosexuality as we know it seems to be confined to the human race. I am convinced that there are demon spirits that specialize in just about every sin that enslaves mankind. The will of man is free to chose by orders from God, so a demon entity cannot just come and take up residence in a human host, the human must DO something that opens that door. Satan cannot go against the will, so in some form or fashion a human has to do something that invites the demon entity in. An example might be a young person who finds himself a little attracted to the same gender, the person has plenty of control at that point and can just resist it. However if he starts to think that he is a homo and actually says,"I am homosexual",and believes what he has said", that can be an invite to a spirit of homosexuality and after that the person cannot control himself.

Homosexuality wasn't always accepted,you know. Because people actually had that moral sense that it is wrong. But now, thanks to plenty of years of indoctrination, the next generation is more inclined to be gay because that sense of morality has been STOLEN from them!

Homosexuals will never know the true happiness, fulfillment, and love that a marriage can bring. I don't know care what kind of limelight they shine, its the counterfeit to what God created us for.

Well if you look at most countries in Europe it seems homosexuality has already been generally accepted. Slowly but surely the United States is following suit. In some instance the way they display gay-pride in the streets of the cities is almost on scale with Sodom and Gomorrah. Not to mention how homosexuality is being posed more in schools as acceptable even in states that at this time don't allow homosexuality.

The truth is the media feeds the lie that homosexuality is based off genetics which the human genome project even proved as a crock. However even with no scientific evidence many people beleive the lie that homosexuality isn't a choice but is in the genetics of a person. Believe me even when I had health in high school at that time the talks of homosexuality was taught as a genetic disorder not on the person's freewill. So the lies are in our public school systems today so if there is a future generation it will just get worse and worse. The children are indoctrinated that its natural and can be changed. I'm almost afraid to have children because I don't want them to grow up in this world even though time seems as it will be short.

I believe strongly that homosexuality is nothing but choice. I cannot be convinced that God would allow a genetic trait to be born into a person, then throw them into hell for it. Alcoholism is fully a choice. You do not crave the alcohol until you have consumed a large quantity of it for quite some time. One drink does not an alcoholic make.

Even if you are predisposed to alcoholism, you must first drink it on more than one occasion! Alcoholism is like drug addiction, or cigarette addiction: It is by choice. So is homosexuality. It is a spirit, no doubt, but hereditary? No way.

The government is working on three things right now: hate crimes legislation to prevent Christians from speaking out against homosexuality, trying to abolish a parents right to home school their children, and brainwash them into thinking homosexuality is an acceptible, legitimate lifestyle.

First story, an overview of all the "happy" gay couples who were married in my state today.

Second story, the ever increasing spreading of the swine flu.

Third story, damage assessment of the tornadoes that struck nearby counties last night.

These people are staring Biblical prophecies straight in the face and remain completely clueless, and it really concerns me.

I would love for the rapture to occur at any time, but at the same time I have no desire to leave any one here in this world when the time comes to depart.

What's a believer to do? Time to get on my knees.

[A proposal to solve the problem of anti-gay bullying in schools.]

Maybe the parents of homosexual kids that are being bullied need to pull their kids out of school and home school them. The kids would get a better education plus they won't be bullied any more. If the parents are not able to do that then maybe they need to form a school for homosexuals. Perhaps the parents of homosexuals can ban together and home school the kids together. But if a parent's kid is a homosexual and is being bullied then some of the blame falls on the parents for the actions and sometimes destructive action the homo kids takes because of it. Just bringing it to the attention of the school administrators isn't enough.

Kids are cruel and they will bully anyone they think are either odd, weak or inferior. This has been going on since the beginning of time and it won't change.

Homosexuals are viewed as weak and inferior. They are going to be picked on. No amount of education is going to change that. Bullying comes from the heart. One needs to change the heart of a person before that person will change. Only Jesus can do that. Some can change w/o Jesus, though, but but most will not.

Last Friday morning, the Iowa Supreme Court issued an astonishing decision, ruling unanimously that the state law declaring natural marriage -- the union of one man and one woman --unconstitutional. Once again, arrogant judges have usurped the will of the people to impose homosexual “marriage” on its citizens.

Amazingly, the Court held that natural marriage is solely a religious construct (despite the fact that governments around the world have recognized and upheld the institution for thousands of years), and went on to say “State government can have no religious view, either directly or indirectly, expressed through its legislation.” Unbelievable. Every law reflects morality. The vast majority of laws in United States reflect a Judeo-Christian ethic. Shall they all be struck down too? Moreover, many supporters of legalized homosexual “marriage” attend churches that support such a position. What about that religious view? According to the Iowa Supreme Court then, legalized homosexual marriage reflects a “religious construct” which must not be, “either directly or indirectly, expressed through its legislation.

Christians must not ignore the relentless assault on traditional marriage and the natural family any longer. Radical forces seek to eradicate our right to uphold and live out biblical standards.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Two gay men were killed in Baghdad's Sadr City slum, a local official said on Saturday, and police said they had found the bodies of four more after clerics urged a crackdown on a perceived spread of homosexuality.

Homosexuality is prohibited almost everywhere in the Middle East, but conditions have become especially dangerous for gays and lesbians in Iraq since the rise of religious militias after U.S.-led forces toppled Saddam Hussein six years ago.

"Two young men were killed on Thursday. They were sexual deviants. Their tribes killed them to restore their family honor," a Sadr City official who declined to be named said.

The police source who declined to be named said the bodies of four gay men were unearthed in Sadr City on March 25, each bearing a sign reading "pervert" in Arabic on their chests.

Sermons condemning homosexuality were read at the last two Friday prayer gatherings in Sadr City, a sprawling Baghdad slum of some 2 million people. The slum is a bastion of support for fiery Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr and his Mehdi Army militia.

The Mehdi Army has frozen its activities over the last year and government forces have wrested control of the slum.

Many young men who might have cut their hair short and grown beards when religious gangs controlled much of Iraq now dress in a more Western style as government forces take back control.

Some are now accused of being gay, and residents of Sadr City say at least one coffee shop has become a gay hangout.

A member of the slum's Sadrist office said the Mehdi Army was not involved in the killings, but said homosexuality was now more widespread since the Mehdi Army lost control of the slum.

"This (homosexuality) has spread because of the absence of the Mehdi Army, the spread of sexual films and satellite television and a lack of government surveillance," said the office's Sheikh Ibrahim al-Gharawi, a Shi'ite cleric.

Homosexual acts are punishable by up to seven years in prison in Iraq. A gay Iraqi man said any alleged crimes should be left to the law to deal with.

"If they've committed a crime, then there is the law. Killing is a big sin," he said, giving his name as Laith.

What about the media-ignored, ex-gay community? The entertainer Little Richard is a former homosexual and a man named Steven Bennett, also a former homosexual, is the head pastor of a church that reaches out to the GLBT community called Steven Bennett Ministries. Wasn’t Anne Heche “gay” for a time and now a married (to a man) mother? Then there’s Exodus International, a ministry that’s full of formerly “gay” people. Also, I’ve personally known three men that were once homosexuals and aren’t anymore.

Because of my time and travels on planet Earth, I’ve spoken, at length, to at least one hundred and seventy homosexuals and at least eighty lesbians. And when I sifted through all of the bits and pieces of information that I’ve gathered from talking to members of the GLBT community, I came to the conclusion that the gay lifestyle, although not an overnight choice, still begins as a choice, sparked by sudden and/or gradual childhood, emotional trauma. And then becomes a daily choice to ignore or rebel against the natural order of life.

Typically, a boy “misbonds” with his father before he’s five and bonds to a female that is usually his mother. Then other boys sense his effeminate behavior and humiliate and reject him. And often, a homophile offers the lonely, misdeveloped boy, “love” and acceptance. The gay lifestyle is the psychological equivalent of a broken bone that wasn’t set correctly before knitting itself back together.

There are two specific psychological terms relating to the GLBT lifestyle; one is called, “gender identity disorder,” and the other is called “gender dysphoria.” Simply put, it’s a boy who doesn’t grow out of the “I don’t like girls” stage of male sexual development. Or, vice-versa.

San Francisco Values Democrat Ellen Tauscher (CA) has introduced H.R. 1283, the “Military Readiness Enhancement Act Of 2009.” She already has 136 co-sponsors.

Her misnamed bill should be called the “Legalization Of Sodomy On The Battlefield And Barracks Act” to more accurately describe what the legislation will legalize.

...Imagine the impact that the rampant spread of STDs, including HIV would have on the military? How will the military handle the spread of these diseases in the barracks? How will the military handle sodomy in battlefield situations?

Imagine the impact that sexual favoritism would have in subverting military cohesion? A homosexual Sergeant who was in love with a member of his company, could protect his lover from battle – or send a straight soldier into harm’s way just to punish him for having the wrong attitudes about homosexuality. Straight soldiers could be denied promotion by militant gay officers. The military chain of command would be undermined.

...In addition to the coming persecution of straight soldiers, what about the unrestrained drug and sex antics committed by young male homosexuals? Homosexual sex is consistently related to drug use, including crystal meth and other sexually-stimulating drugs. What sort of chaos will be caused in the military by bare-backing parties and other forms of homosexual orgies?

There is also an effort by the White House and Congress to legitimate drag queens/transgenders in the military, too. The normalization of these behaviors are in many bills being pushed through Congress. This will impact the military as well.

The passage of H.R. 1283 is a recipe for disaster in the military – and our national security will be jeopardized by permitting homosexuals, drag queens and others with bizarre sex habits to serve openly in the Armed Forces.

ANSWER: There is not one definite answer to your question, but there are a few things worth remembering. First, I would suggest that little boys play with little boys, and that little girls play with little girls. This not to say that little boys should never play with little girls, and that little girls should never play with little boys. It is to say that by far the majority of a child's playing should be with his own sex. So much of the sex drive is caused by the unknown. If a little boy plays with other little boys, there will be a mystique about girls, but if he plays with little girls too much, they will become commonplace and there will be a mystique toward little boys. The human race is so constructed that when something becomes commonplace, it is not nearly as attractive to us. The old adage, "The grass is greener on the other side of the fence," applies here. In childhood this grass on the other side of the fence should be the opposite sex. If it is one's own sex, there would be a curiosity about that. Now I'm aware that the modern psychologists will say, "Let little boys see little girls, and let little girls see little boys, and let them become acquainted with the biological differences, and let them see each other unclothed." Let me remind you that that same generation of modern psychologists is turning out an unbelievable amount of homosexuals in our country!

The wise parents of a little boy will teach him that the body of a little girl is sacred, and they will see to it that he plays with other little boys. As he grows older, this mystique will follow its normal course, and he will be attracted to the opposite sex or "the grass on the other side of the fence."

One of the best ways of doing this is to lead the boy to develop interests that are masculine. This means his hobbies, his activities and his interests should be masculine to the extent that it will require him to be around other boys. The same is true for little girls developing feminine interests.

Consider, for example, “The Andy Griffith Show.” The show centers around a single parent who lives with his aunt. Admittedly, his wife supposedly died, and he is not divorced. However, we are still being desensitized to the idea of a single parent which is neither the norm nor God’s plan. The show also features a character, Gomer Pile, who is played by a man who is a homosexual in real life.

Consider the show “The Odd Couple” from the 1960’s. Aside from sinful content, we are being exposed to an alternative lifestyle of two men living together as roommates. Genesis 2:24 tells us God’s normal plan, “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” Although neither man in the show is a homosexual, this show was obviously a forerunner of the sitcoms of today which feature homosexual characters.

Consider “The Brady Bunch.” The show is about a widowed man and a widowed woman who have three children each. Now they are married and have six children collectively. This is an extremely rare scenario but mirrors the very common scenario of divorce and remarriage. We are subliminally being exposed to the idea of stepparents and stepchildren which is far more common in divorced situations than in the rare circumstance of young widows.

Since I always watch/read something before judging it...

First, let me say I think Bobby killing himself was a tragedy. Gay or not, it's always sad when someone decides to take their life.

I think the movie was horribly offensive. I expected homosexuality to be portrayed in a positive light, so no surprise there. But the mother was portrayed as a total witch just because she voiced that God didn't make anyone that way, and that Bobby needed to try to help himself be cured. They even said it was her fault he decided to commit suicide. Again, that was a horrible tragedy, but it was in no way Mary(the mother)'s fault. She was just saying what she knew to be true. Her grief for her son even forced her to right for gay rights, because she so wanted to believe her son was in Heaven.

Like I said, I knew this was a pro-homosexual movie, so I wasn't at all surprised when they showed it was a "good" thing. But to show the mother as a total nut just because she loved God was too much!

I was thinking about this the other day; about why Liberals support homosexuality. You see, my reasoning is thus: Liberals, mostly being atheists ,deny the existence of God and seek alternative explanations such as Evolution; in other words, they are Darwinists. However, hand in hand with Darwinism goes the concept of 'survival of the fittest'. And it's here that their hypocrisy comes up. Homosexuality contributes nothing to the human race; it does nothing to produce a new generation. As such, it should have died out, and the liberals should be saying 'rightly so'. However, they support the homosexual agenda, and I came to two absurd conclusions about this (they were the only ones I could think of). Either the liberals support homosexuality to cover up the hole in 'survival of the fittest', or they support it purely to annoy Christian Conservatives (is it possible that they base their policies on sheer obnoxiousness?). Thought I would post this here, to see if I can get any more sensible conclusions. Or have I hit this absurd, twisted nail on the head?

I don't think it should surprise us that there are so many homosexuals in the church hierarchy. I think any institution that symbolizes masculine authority attracts men struggling with same-sex attraction disorder. Few people know that among the military services, the Marine Corps has the highest percentage of gay men. Many of us have struggles with homosexual thoughts and even acted out on them. It in no way means we are gay. That is strictly a political designation. A man can love other men and even sexually penetrate them as an act of male bonding, yet still maintain his heterosexual identity.
