In another group, called “The hidden truth of Urine,” one member used generative AI to illustrate a guide for sheepish newbies who are “having a tough time with pungent aged urine therapy experience.”

The three-step process involves plugging your nose, knocking back a 2oz shot glass of stale pee, and chasing with at least half a cup of plain water.

“The water rinses out your mouth, then dilutes the dose in your stomach so you get the benefit without the experience you’re trying to avoid,” the poster explained. “Like a cheat code.”
