When I was in college, people called things they didn’t like “retarded” or something. That’s unacceptable! You can’t demean the mentally ill and expect to be right with God! It’s wicked!! We have to be kind to those who are mentally ill and have compassion! Sure, liberals are calling everything a mental illness these days (“ADHD” and “high functioning autism”, anyone?) except for what is ACTUALLY a mental illness (transsexualism) but we should really try to avoid using language like that! I went to Bob Jones back in the late ‘90s and early 00’s, but there were already people who were acting worldly back then! Nowadays they let men wear beards and women wear pants and they allow video games and PG movies and they use the NRSV and the ESV instead of the KJV, but even when I went they were starting down the worldly path!

If you use that kind of language to refer to your friends, I hope to never hear what you use to refer to your enemies! This type of language is used to minimize the maturity/intelligence/experience of teens, to ignore their biological readiness, to demonize normal male attraction to healthy fertile females.

NOT SO GREAT A FILM

I absolutely loved the FIRST film and was excited to learn that a sequel existed. Unfortunately, the producers really dropped the ball with the sequel. In my humble opinion the script is all wrong, the cast isn't good at all, and the sleazy scene with the teen girl getting lewd in the school office of John Young (the caveman) to seduce him totally ruined the sequel. Also, although as a Christian myself I enjoyed the satire in the first film about Christianity, I think the sequel took it too far and was just plain offensive. They could have done so much better! I also thought they made a big mistake by not including actor Tony Todd in the sequel, who did an excellent job in the first film. As is often the case, sequels don't live up to the quality of the original film, as is certainly the case here. What a lousy sequel!

But what would such a recovery look like? How might we recover our sexist heritage? How shall we know when we have recovered it? The heart and soul of a restored sexism is to recognize that God created men and women with different natures, and has commanded us to recognize those natures as different, and to treat men and women differently simply because they are men and women respectively.

Having to pretend to have sympathy for foods is exhausting

I know I’ve also been guilty in the past of morally supporting violence against certain feminist people who have engaged in particularly horrific violence against others. But that’s really the point I want to make. The global narrative for free speech seems to be that free speech is OK as long as it doesn’t involve advocating violence. But what if the people who you are advocating violence against were the ones who started advocating violence first? And what if the police decide only to arrest one side? Indeed this seems to be largely the case, consider the following examples:

*A man advocating for a feminist woman to be raped is likely to be arrested by the police, we’ve all heard of it happening
*A woman advocating for men to be killed will not be arrested. Even the high profile case of Bahar Mustafa who, despite eventually being arrested after anti-feminist outrage at her comments, was released without charge.

Worse still, what if the other side – the feminist side who the police aren’t arresting – are guilty of not just advocating violence, but actual violence against innocent people? Whereas the side the police are arresting (men) are merely guilty of advocating violence against those who have engaged in real violence? Where is the fairness, where is the justice, in all of that? And when, worse still, it is the police themselves who actively participate in this real violence. Police happily arrest men on ‘fake rape’ charges that they know are false or are likely to be false. They place them in prisons for decades where they are raped and beaten before releasing them onto the ‘Sex Offender Registry’ where the police repeatedly harass them in their homes, place them on a public hit list and prevent them from continuing with their lives.
