When Letitia James ran for New York Attorney General in 2018, she vowed to go after Donald Trump. She said he was an ‘illegitimate president,’ and an embarrassment. She had no case against him, but after she was elected she went on a fishing expedition. She invented civil fraud charges against Trump. She said his Mar-a-Lago property was worth far less than what he claimed when using it to obtain a bank loan. James assumed she was a real estate expert and claimed Mar-a-Lago was worth only $18 million. Many say it’s worth well over $100 million.

In 2023 James teamed up with Judge Engoron, another rabid, leftist anti-Trumper. Together they convicted (railroaded) Trump and ordered him to pay more than $350 million and banned him from doing business in New York. This despite the fact that the bank loan was paid back. The bank said they were happy and would do business with Trump again. Trump’s conviction was blatant and obvious law-fare.

Now the shoe is on the other foot. James has been accused of mortgage fraud and Trump has made a criminal referral to the Justice Department for prosecution. Letitia claimed Trump is ‘weaponizing the justice system.’ That statement drips with irony. James lied on a loan application form, claiming her principal residence was in Virginia in order to get a lower rate.

Staying out of the water also helps to protect the natural landscape from erosion and negative impacts to wildlife as well, according to the NPS.

Washington, D.C., has banned swimming in waterways for over 50 years because of the widespread contamination.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, Rock Creek has been found to have "fecal contamination" from sewage and high levels of bacteria, including E. coli.

Despite the federal warnings and signs in the area detailing the risks, people have been known to still swim or wade in the water.

But just as President Trump took this clear step, a judge decided to get in the way. Biden-appointed U.S. Judge Julia Kobick in Boston blocked the President’s order. She said the policy was “arbitrary” and based on “prejudice.” This judge thinks it’s okay for passports to list things other than biological sex, even an “X.”

This ruling basically means the judge is trying to push a liberal agenda, ignoring the President’s efforts to restore biological truth to government documents. It’s another example of an activist judge trying to make policy from the bench, instead of letting the President do his job.

This was one of Charlie Kirk’s last posts on X. Like his Savior, Kirk was an exceptional influencer who exemplified grace, love, and understanding. For this, the left had him assassinated. We don’t know who did it, but it looked like a professional job and many socialist Democrats were celebrating. Some of their posts were reprehensible and I won’t repeat them here.
Charlie was the Mozart of free speech. Kirk had a magnetic, cheerful personality and won people over with his charm and compassion. During debates he masterfully used logic and reason to take apart the arguments of his opponents—and he did it without a trace of meanness. Kirk was instrumental in the election of Donald Trump because he no doubt won over countless votes from young voters. He was what Democrats hated and feared—a charismatic, Christian conservative lecturing on Marxist college campuses. He wanted to bridge the gap between left and right by the use of free speech. This is a man who would probably end up being president in a decade or two.
Now he’s gone. He left behind a beautiful wife and two young children, as well as a country that desperately needed his voice.

The organization that put Charlie Kirk’s organization on a “hate map” with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan ahead of his assassination last week also has a long history of carrying water for the violent Antifa movement that President Donald Trump has targeted for investigation.

When Charlie Kirk was assassinated this month, it marked not the beginning of political violence in America, but the culmination of a movement that started decades ago. The roots of this crisis trace back to the classrooms of our universities, where speech was redefined, dissent demonized, and violence reframed as justice.

In the early 2000s, professors began teaching that “microaggressions” were not just rude or offensive, they were violence. This was much more than semantics; it reshaped how a generation of students understood speech. If words were violence, then violent responses to speech could be rationalized as self-defense.

By the mid-2010s, this ideology left the lecture halls and spread across campuses. […] Students labeled opposing ideas as “harmful.” The implication was clear: Disagreement with left-wing ideas constitutes oppression and oppression justifies retaliation.

By the early 2020s, the definition of the word “threat” had expanded, ridiculously. Anyone challenging progressive cultural dogma, especially on gender, became fair game. By this warped logic, physical aggression became “self-defense.” That’s why college athletes like Riley Gaines were mobbed and parents at school board meetings were labeled “domestic terrorists.”

An Arizona Republican lawmaker on Wednesday called for the execution of a Democratic congresswoman because she urged people upset with President Donald Trump to protest in the streets.

Kingman Republican Rep. John Gillette wrote on the social media site X that U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Democrat from Washington, was calling for the the government to be overthrown and should be hanged.

“Until people like this, that advocate for the overthrow of the American government are tried convicted and hanged.. it will continue,” Gillette said in response to a video of Jayapal.

The post Gillette responded to claimed that Jayapal was making a call to violence because she said protesters should be “strike ready” and “street ready.” The Arizona Mirror watched the video in its entirety and found no calls to violence or advocating for overthrowing the government; it was focused on “non-violent resistance” to Trump and advising people on how to do that.

In contrast, Gillette has expressed support for the Trump supporters who stormed the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, who violently assaulted police officers and broke down doors and windows in order to access the building so they could stop Congress from certifying the 2020 election. In several posts on X, he called the 1,600 or so people who were prosecuted — and since pardoned by Trump — for their actions that day “political prisoners.”

In a message to all his fellow lawmakers that included a racial slur, he placed blame for political violence solely on Democrats and the political left, accusing them of stoking hate and violence against Republicans.

“The tone was set by your party; unity is no longer an option,” Gillette wrote to the 59 other members of the state House. “We handed you an olive ranch (sic), and you broke it. Your party invited the radicals to the table and they took over. Now you own them. As the J**s did at Peral (sic) Harbor, Radical Muslims on 911, your party has woken the sleeping giant.”
