Chesterton says that the mystic “passes through the moment when…there is nothing but God.” That is not a conclusion that one can reach merely by reading books, even books about the saints. Chesterton was able to write with authority about profound ideas, to write with an insider’s understanding of mysticism because he clearly passed through that moment when there was nothing but God.

But avoiding the debate is to play into their hands, because avoiding the argument is a way of avoiding the truth. Their arguments as they stand are a conscious and studied avoidance of the truth, words calculated not to deceive so much as to distract.

They avoid the truth because they avoid God.

Creationists believe we are seeing evidence of ID in the left over hind limbs of whales, which shows robust design. Rather than evolution, we see many designs packaged into the genome to enable different designs to manifest as the environmental conditions changed. These changes aren’t mutations and natural selection, for this is way too inefficient, but it is programmed to switch based on environmental factors.

According to Creationists, the oceans were very shallow before the flood so the hind legs served a purpose of helping whales become dislodged should they find themselves in very shallow waters. Also, some scientists say it helped with mating so that too may be an additional function that it performed.

God in designing life, has intelligently designed life with a multitude of designs in the genome which can be switched on or off by environmental factors. After the flood, the need for the hind legs became unnecessary because of the deep oceans so the hind legs shrunk away allowing the flow of resources to flow to other critical organs. Rather than evidence for evolution, this is evidence of ID. A prediction of ID is that over time we will see that mutations are not the cause of this change but biological triggers are switched on or off by environmental factors enabling different designs to manifest themselves for different environments. Just like some creatures loose their sight when they start living in dark caves, so the whale lost it’s hind legs when they were no longer needed. Again, this is evidence for design and not evolution.

Science says man evolved from apes…..they are wrong because the only source of “new” natural genetic information is DNA mutation and 99% of them are “lethal” and therefore can not be passed on for Natural Selection to act on the traits they might exhibit. (of the 1% positive ones, less than 1% occur in germ cells…….the only ones passed on to offspring) Based on this, there simply was not enough time from the appearance of apes and the Creation of Homo sapiens. There is no “mechanism” known that reveals chromosome number adjustment from Phylum to Class because chromosome number mismatch is 99% lethal. The Texas Republican governor Greg Abbott has signed into law one of the most extreme six-week abortion bans in the US.

“This bill ensures that every unborn child who has a heartbeat will be saved from the ravages of abortion,” said Abbott.

Senate Bill 8 bars abortion at six weeks of pregnancy with no exception for rape or incest, a near-total ban as most women are not aware they are pregnant at this stage.

Any individual can sue anyone who “aids or abets” abortion care. “This law is so broadly written it could target not just abortion clinics and staff but anyone that volunteers or donates to an abortion fund or activist organization like ours,” says Aimee Arrambide “Domestic violence and rape crisis counselors who offer guidance, family members who lend money to abortion patients, a friend who gives a ride to an appointment, or even someone that provides an address to a clinic could also face lawsuits.”

In response to concerns over the potential for a rapist to sue his victim’s abortion provider, the legislature passed an amendment that exempts rapists and those who commit incest from taking legal action. However, it only applies to those convicted of rape. Since 91% of women in Texas do not report rape to the police and the small number of those who do rarely see their abuser convicted, the amendment largely failed to allay fears.

Furthermore, the law does nothing to prevent someone associated with a rapist, like a friend or family member, from suing his victim.

“This bill empowers rapists and abusers,” said Representative Donna Howard “And this forced pregnancy act will drive women back into the [pre-Roe] shadows out of fear of harassment through lawsuits that anyone in this country can file.”

Those rebelling against God are united and working together. If we don’t unite under God’s flag we will find ourselves being picked off one at a time. I want to cut this guy a little slack because he does have some good work and I don’t think he was trying to completely discredit the reset theory in general. While both rape and incest are horrible crimes and should be punished by law, the fact remains that the percentage of women seeking abortions for either of these reasons is extremely small. Regardless of how or why a child was conceived, he or she is as fully human as any other child. The circumstances of conception have nothing to do with the viability of the infant. If abortion is the willful murder of an innocent, growing fetus, then it is still murder even if the child was conceived through violence or incestuous relations. Murder of the innocent does not erase the devastation caused by evil. As horrible as it would be to become pregnant as a result of rape and/or incest, is the murder of a baby the answer? No. Two wrongs do not make a right. The child who is a result of rape/incest could be given in adoption to a loving family unable to have children on their own, or the child could be raised by its mother. The baby is completely innocent and should not be punished for the evil acts of its father. I don’t really care what scientists and doctors say about reproduction cycle, murder is wrong no matter how old or young the person is. Abortion is Murder. For those who have had an abortion, remember that the sin of abortion is no less forgivable than any other sin. Through faith in Christ, all sins can be forgiven (John 3:16; Romans 8:1; Colossians 1:14).
