The School Board members need to be taught the fear that the girls in the school fear over young men pretending to be women entering their bathrooms and locker rooms. Only when the Board members understand the fear those girls deal with will they actually do something differently. Lawsuits don't work because the judges are largely part of the groomer coalition.
