(It’s funny because I’ve even posted here about disappointing final language in policies that give TRAs wiggle room, despite the clear intent to protect the female category. It might have Trump's signature on it, but you can tell that the anonymous author who actually wrote it is passionate about the issue and ready to fight. Obviously I'm happy for everyone that resisted the gender cult thus far, and got us to a point where we can start taking the offense against this destructive cult. The Executive Order ends the practice of housing men in women’s prisons and taxpayer funded “transition” for male prisoners.

This alone makes it worth it to have the orange goblin in the White House. No more throwing incarcerated women into rape cages and letting them get impregnated by felons claiming to be women just to get housed with their prey.

I hope this order opens the door for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women to sue the prison system for damages if they were forced to share prison space with a man. And it hope it leads to us finding out the extent of how many women were assaulted, raped, impregnated, coerced into silence, coerced into abortions, etc when that insane trans policy was in effect

Also, I hope they can sue ACLU and bankrupt assholes like Chase Strangio who fought to institute the policy AND fought to cover up the inevitable results of said policy

EXECUTIVE ORDER
January 20, 2025

Sec. 2. Policy and Definitions. It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female. These sexes are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality. Under my direction, the Executive Branch will enforce all sex-protective laws to promote this reality, and the following definitions shall govern all Executive interpretation of and application of Federal law and administration policy:

(a) “Sex” shall refer to an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female. “Sex” is not a synonym for and does not include the concept of “gender identity.”

(b) “Women” or “woman” and “girls” or “girl” shall mean adult and juvenile human females, respectively.

(c) “Men” or “man” and “boys” or “boy” shall mean adult and juvenile human males, respectively.

(d) “Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.

(e) “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.

(f) “Gender ideology” replaces the biological category of sex with an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa, and requiring all institutions of society to regard this false claim as true. Gender ideology includes the idea that there is a vast spectrum of genders that are disconnected from one’s sex. Gender ideology is internally inconsistent, in that it diminishes sex as an identifiable or useful category but nevertheless maintains that it is possible for a person to be born in the wrong sexed body.

(g) “Gender identity” reflects a fully internal and subjective sense of self, disconnected from biological reality and sex and existing on an infinite continuum, that does not provide a meaningful basis for identification and cannot be recognized as a replacement for sex.

Section 1. Purpose. Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women and gain access to intimate single-sex spaces and activities designed for women, from women’s domestic abuse shelters to women’s workplace showers. This is wrong. Efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being. The erasure of sex in language and policy has a corrosive impact not just on women but on the validity of the entire American system. Basing Federal policy on truth is critical to scientific inquiry, public safety, morale, and trust in government itself.

This unhealthy road is paved by an ongoing and purposeful attack against the ordinary and longstanding use and understanding of biological and scientific terms, replacing the immutable biological reality of sex with an internal, fluid, and subjective sense of self unmoored from biological facts. Invalidating the true and biological category of “woman” improperly transforms laws and policies designed to protect sex-based opportunities into laws and policies that undermine them, replacing longstanding, cherished legal rights and values with an identity-based, inchoate social concept.

Accordingly, my Administration will defend women’s rights and protect freedom of conscience by using clear and accurate language and policies that recognize women are biologically female, and men are biologically male.

However, at 22, after sterilization by Planned Parenthood when he was newly 19, he says he is now "asexual." He would no doubt prefer a relationship with a lesbian female to validate his fantasy of being a "woman" (which would actually be a straight couple.) But with his disturbing appearance as an over six feet tall man in stereotyped "female" clothes, his likelihood of a normal female attracted to him are close to zero. Instead he is dating another confused man also ingesting sterilizing hormones and pretending to be a woman. So now my son claims to be a "lesbian." The thing that annoys me about the pronoun people is the complete abandonment of objective pronouns.

They started out using pronouns like he/him, they/them, etc. and this format least made grammatical sense because they were referring to one's respective subjective and objective pronouns.

-Subjective pronouns: He, she, and they
-Objective pronouns: him, her, and them

But now the pronoun people have started using formats like "he/they" or "she/they" and that doesn't make sense because both of those pronouns are subjective pronouns. So what's implied is that they either somehow don't use objective pronouns or they want to use subjective pronouns in place of objective pronouns.

I know this isn't intentional, but grammatically what that signals to me is that you want to use the word "they" in place of an objective pronoun.

To see how weird this would be used in a sentence, here's a couple examples:

- "He knew that everyone relied on they to lead the group."
- "He realized that everyone was talking about they."

If you want to signal that you use both "he/him" and "they/them" pronouns, then find a better way to communicate it. Because when I see "he/they" I just assume you're a retard who doesn't know grammar. You freaks.

Yesterday I was reading a TIM saying he couldn't trust a relationship with a bisexual woman, and found the idea of a relationship with a lesbian more "validating". And I didn't get it. You're getting to have sex with a woman who's going along with your trans delusion, what do you care if she likes both sexes?

But it makes sense now. It's not about fulfilling his sexual desire for women nearly as much as it is fulfilling his addiction to "being" a woman. That's what he really craves. And he can't get it if he knows on the back of his mind his girlfriend also likes men.

The idea that there are 'happy trans' people strikes me to be as much of a myth as the 'happy hooker' myth. Sure, there are people who have yet to experience the worst harms of it, and people who have convinced themselves that they're fine in order to not face the reality of it, but the foundations of either situation and the beliefs that lead them to be possible are harmful. That’s why, until the Biden Administration began to support the Trans Superiority Narrative, men did not compete against men. It makes a mockery of the concept of fair competition. It’s also why there are weight classes in contact and strength competitions for men, and for women.

At least one female high school volleyball player suffered brain damage from being spiked in the face by a trans player, and in the Olympics, a female boxer had to forfeit after being punched harder than she had ever been hit in her life by a man pretending to be a woman. The potential for serious injury or death is very real, which is why until schools, coaches and sports bodies lost their minds, men did not compete against women.

A never-mentioned fact is there is no parallel controversy over women pretending to be men competing in men’s sports. That’s because a mediocre female athlete can’t pretend to be male and immediately vault to the medal stand, quite the opposite. That fact of nature rather proves the point that men and women are very different, and trans women aren’t women, but guys pretending to be women.

If only I could have read this essay before my son was pushed off the sanity cliff by nefarious Planned Parenthood. That said, my husband and I tried with substantial effort to help our son escape from the poisonous gender cult tentacles when they first infected him as a teen. Likely curtailing more of his social media access may have helped. He was an excellent student often on his laptop working to achieve all A's, and we didn't suffienctly realize how utterly corrupting social media was/ is. I may always beat myself up about this regret. But in high school, my son went into remission from his "trans" obsession with the help his father and I did offer, and we thought we were out of these dark, treacherous woods. Unfortunately (a massive understatement as words to convey this horror are invaribly inadequate,) while he was sealed in his dorm room during his first semester at college in 2020 when the fear of COVID was peaking, the "trans" virus resurfaced to claim his mind, health and his potential, and simultaneously torpedoed the hearts of his parents, inflict loss on his clear-thinking sister, and destroy our once close family. As time in this psychological hell went on and on, I recognized the need to let go of short term hope as necessary to emerge from profound despair. But I need to allow long term hope that my son will somehow wake up. In reference to the title of today's lucid PITT essay, I also allow yearning for a "trans"-educated society to emerge and pummel the idiocy, indifference, virtue signaling, greed, and the cruelty of this evil cult back into the depths of hell where it burns to oblivion.

If there's one thing I've learned about "progressive" elites, it's that they're never wrong. Ever. That's a hard group of people to debate with.

And sadly, these people are all journalists, academics and politicians. They hold a lot of power. They create the narrative. They're failing a bit, but make no mistake, we are at a massive disadvantage. They have Google turning up biased search results for them. They have Wikipedia pretending to be non-partisan but pushing their agenda. They have nearly the entirety of the entertainment industry in their palm. Virtually every celebrity young kids enjoy is out there praising gender ideology.

This will not be a quick fix. And in the end, it will likely be conservatives and heterodox men who receive the credit for defeating gender ideology. A lot of the women involved will likely remain cancelled. No one will remember why, just that hating women is really fucking fun.

Sorry to be depressing, but I think anyone saying stuff like "it's over" is being unrealistic or overly optimistic. Powerful people don't like being defeated.

How can women fight for their abortion rights when they can't even call themselves women? How can survivors of rape and domestic abuse recover when they are forced to have a male key worker? How can a female inmate reform and rehabilitate when she is being raped and assaulted every night by her male cellmate?

The gender-identity view on women is very gender-essentialist; that women have specific traits and interests, and if a woman doesn't fit those, she must be a man or some weird non-binary thing. This is a thought that has been going through my brain for a while now, and I'm curious to know if anybody feels the same way.

Sometimes I believe that the current gender-identity movement has purposely infiltrated the current left-wing by way of controlled opposition. I have no evidence for this, but I do know that it was in part started for the interest of big money. Who, other than those who are in it for the money, benefits from this ideology? The left is now discredited for a lot of people because of them embracing this issue. If said controlled opposition could get people away from the left, they could get their way on other topics; say, climate change or abortion.

And I'm aware that I do sound crazy, but I can't shake the feeling that there's something going on behind the scenes. It's not just the Democratic establishment, it's extended to unrelated organizations; I've seen anti-war organizations bow down to the transgenders, something that ticks me off to no end. Of course, if this is true, it shows a certain level of cowardness from current Democrats that they've just let them in. There are other reasons why people are bowing to it, such as not wanting to get bullied for bucking the line. Still...it's very weird and I haven't found anything to back this up yet, but it's also tricky because there are a million possible explanations for this.

I spent some time this morning trying to distill down what TERFs want into something minimal and easy to communicate. Let me know if anything key here is missing.

There's nothing about kids or medicalization because I think the fourth point covers that. If women, lesbians and gays, parents, and detransitioners were unmuzzled, the medical crisis would end.

My controversial opinion is that I think there is an agenda to encourage people to question their sexuality and gender. And I disagree with it.

I have so much love in my heart. But when I’m forced to play the games of they/them, and I accidentally misgender people (I try) it throws me off. I’m incredibly sorry and I’m just tired of being sorry that I don’t wanna play your pretend game.

I have trans and gay friends. I’m from New York. It’s not about a dislike for their culture, I’m simply just tired of people’s morning mood determining how I address them. In normal fantasy you might call this a cliffhanger, and wonder how the party will emerge victorious or even escape? Will they all make it? Will they all make it in one piece? Pffft, this isn’t normal fantasy: from the hilariously impractical-and-overdesigned armor and clothing, to the near absence of (boring) humans, visual overload, pervasive magic and complete lack of anything even vaguely resembling beauty it’s post-modern power fantasy pandering.

In other words: the party isn’t in any genuine danger.
