Faith was no less present at the Ellipse, where a speaker named Ben Pollock repeatedly held a Bible aloft to cheers. In an interview with RNS, Pollock said two of his children had served time in prison for their actions at the Capitol five years ago and that he had been “preaching in prisons for years.” He told RNS, “There was that inner small voice that called us to the Capitol that day. It was about truth, and it’s a truth that’ll set you free.”

The Bible that Pollock carried was the “God Bless the USA Bible,” a version that includes the Declaration of Independence and other U.S. historical documents along with the Christian Scriptures. The edition, inspired by country singer Lee Greenwood’s song of the same name, was endorsed by Trump when it was published in 2024, and the president has made money off its sale.

“Donald Trump promoted this because at one point in America, we all could say a prayer together — the Lord’s Prayer,” Pollock said. “It would be in unison. It didn’t matter what church you were belonging to. You knew that Lord’s Prayer out of this Bible. It did deliver us from evil, and it still will deliver us from evil if we’ll pray it.

We've counted more than 50 ways the left is like the National Socialists. But mentioning this is the Lord Voldemort of political discourse, but it hasn't always been this way.

As noted in the video, it was at least understood during the 1920s and 1930s, that while these two collectivist ideologies weren't exactly the same, they had a lot in common.

For example, in 1927, the American Federation of Labor Denounced both the reds and the fascists and stood in opposition to both, as standing for autocracy, likening fascism to communism.

To the point that they used to say: Why is National Socialist Germany like a beefsteak? Answer: Because it is brown outside and red inside. And the common phrasing referred to the brown Bolshevism of the Third Reich, and the Red fascism of the U.S.S.R.

The April 1939 issue of The Atlantic had a long dissertation on Brown Bolshevism, emphasizing the point.

It comes after at least seven explosions and low-flying aircraft were heard around 2 am local time Saturday in Venezuela’s capital, Caracas.

Venezuela’s government accused the [US] of attacking civilian and military installations in multiple states. It said attacks took place in Caracas, Miranda, Aragua and La Guaira.

Meanwhile, the Federal Aviation Administration has banned US commercial flights in Venezuelan airspace over “ongoing military activity” ahead of explosions in Caracas.

Eye witnesses reported explosions at several military installations in Caracas, including La Carlota, a military airfield, and the main military base of Fuerte Tiuna.

In a statement, the Venezuelan government said it "rejects, condemns, and denounces before the international community the extremely grave military aggression carried out by the current Government of the [USA] against Venezuelan territory and population."

"The objective of this attack is none other than to seize Venezuela’s strategic resources, particularly its oil and minerals, in an attempt to forcibly break the Nation’s political independence," it added.

Trump is able to use tariffs to control headline inflation, which the Democrats are trying to run on in 2026. Raise tariffs right after he enters office, which artificially raises inflation a little bit, but then he has the ability to cut them in 2026 which lowers headline year over year inflation to 2% or less right around the midterms. The lower inflation reading will give a timely market bounce and enable the fed to cut rates. It's an excellent strategy.

Therefore, an American man is not going to have as many 20-something-year-old single women to choose from in that country as teenage girls.

A 20-something-year-old American man will have no problem finding himself the 14- or 15-year-old love of his life in the former Soviet Union. All he has to do is attend a Russian beauty pageant, and there will be contestants as young as 13 years old with bodies that would make even the hottest 29-year-old woman green with envy.

If we American men want to travel to foreign lands to find ourselves a teenage bride, it's our business. Call it a caveman fantasy if you must, but it's a heck of a lot better than being married to some self-absorbed, youth-obsessed hag.

I love learning about astronomy. I have been watching hundreds of YouTube videos about astronomy. Sadly, unless you specifically include “God” in your search, you won't find Him in the videos. The vast majority of popular scientists are agnostics and atheists, who attribute the creation of the universe and all therein to natural occurrences and evolution.
Those are very wicked words, because the inspired Holy Bible already teaches us that God made the earth and the oceans, not nature. What an arrogant and untrue thing to say, claiming to know how many stars are in the universe! What he should have said was “the known universe,” not the “universe.” NO ONE except God who created the universe knows how many stars exist. God knows exactly how many stars He made and He has a name for every one of them. It saddens and angers me that thousands of astronomy videos on YouTube fail to give God the credit, glory and praise for creating the universe and all therein. Life didn't just happen!
