The diagnosis of cancer often brings feelings of fear, anxiety and loss. The treatment phase of the disease focuses on the destruction of cancer cells and can often have an impact on healthy tissue. The arguements for an "Age of consent" or regulation of sexual relations are put in place to protect the kids (Minors, etc) but what if you have a truely curious under age person who is interested in exploring their sexuality with someone older? People tend to assume that doing so with someone in your age group is for the best (After all, doing so with someone older is a crime!) but from a dispassionate point of view, is it really?
An older, more expirienced person is more likely to use a condom, as well as more likely to use it correctly. They're more likely to use lube and take precautions. Do you honestly think it is better for a gay boy to have his first encounter where there is tearing of the tissues? Likewise for a girl.
I personally agree that an adult should never have sex with a minor they have sway over (Preist, teacher, etc) but I also think the law as it stands does a disservice to "advanced" minors who just want to expiriment with more expirienced people. Or, horror of horrors, actually falls in love with an older person! (I know in highschool I lusted after a certain biology teacher. She wasn't MY teacher, but dizamn was she cute.)
Many of the arguements against are typical reactionary knee-jerk bullshit. How often do you hear "But it is bad for the kids!" or "It warps their little minds!" without anything else to back it up? Learn from my mistakes. Look out for these signs in your kids, and maybe you can save them from trans.
1. An objection to being gendered properly. As happened back in December 2023, and several times after, our son refused to agree to any statement that referred to him as a male. This may seem obvious, but in the moment it is not.
2. Getting extremely emotional and intransigent whenever trans is brought up. As happened to us in March 2024. Don’t assume they are just deluded into being “allies”.
3. Changing political beliefs, especially to the extremes. As I discovered in July 2024, my son rapidly descended into an extreme form of socialist anarchism. This kind of turmoil is common in those struggling with identity and confused about their own gender. Don’t assume that just because your child has always had common sense, has always seen the good in both sides, that they will continue to do so.
4. Sudden intensifications of mental health issues. As happened to my son in December 2024, often trans will be very hard on someone’s mental health, and will worsen preexisting conditions, even the ones they later claim trans helped them fix! They won’t see reason on this, in my experience.
5. Hormonal imbalances. As my family saw in March 2025, they may be chemically induced. If your son in particular is often wearing hoodies, and self-conscious about their chest, and it seems to be growing gynecomastia all of a sudden for no reason, be concerned. Do not allow him to wear hoodies when the weather would not permit it, so that you can catch potential cases of trans early.
Unchangeable political beliefs. As we discovered in August 2025, our son had become intransigent on the issue of national defense, and refused to see reason, even when we point out that many of our family members are employed by the DoD. If your child refuses to be openminded politically, that may be a sign that they are a part of a new cult such as trans.
Also, Dungeons and Dragons -huge red flag. I realize that D&D can in theory be an innocent game, but there is an undeniable connection[to being Trans]. Oh, and if your child gets the blue IKEA shark - HUGE red flag.

The US defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, has confirmed plans to cut 20% of generals and admirals.

Two Upstate arts groups are speaking out after being denied state grant funding they had already been recommended to receive following Thursday’s vote by the South Carolina Arts Commission board.
The commission voted 5-3 to deny funding to the Greenville Gay Men’s Chorus and Spartanburg’s Proud Mary Theatre Company. Both organizations say the decision is discriminatory and unconstitutional.
Both groups had been recommended for grant funding by an independent review panel before Thursday’s vote. The commission delayed the vote several months ago before ultimately denying the funding.

Arts Commissioner Rip Parks of Easley separately raised concerns about the grants. In an email, Parks wrote that he worried about being unable to defend the grants “to concerned legislators who could pull funding for the entire Commission over support of these organizations.” Parks did not respond to a request for comment.
Adam said the chorus has also learned the governor’s office contacted some commissioners about the vote, though she did not know who in the governor’s office made the calls. She said legislators have also pressured commissioners, using the argument that continuing to fund the groups could lead to a loss of all state arts funding.

“The South Carolina Freedom Caucus has been saying this for years: taxpayer money should go to core government functions. This is a small step in the right direction. People want their money used for roads, public safety, and essential services, not to fund private groups or programs that may go against their values. That is the problem with earmarks. Once government starts giving money to private organizations, someone has to choose which groups and causes get taxpayer funding. No group is entitled to public money just because it applies. Calling this decision ‘homophobic’ is name-calling, not an argument. These groups are free to perform, raise donations, sell tickets, and operate. Taxpayers should not be forced to fund every private organization’s mission or expenses.”

I am writing this after just finding out that Christa Pike got her execution paused at the last minute. Yes, Christa Pike, the woman who lured an innocent girl into the woods, tortured her to death, kept a piece of her skull as a trophy and tried to kill another inmate in prison. A federal court is halting her execution to consider whether her abusive childhood was taken into account. No joke, look it up.
And of course, we can't forget the Lindsay Clancy case where a woman strangled her three children to death with premeditation but was almost acquitted (and might get the case dismissed) because boohoo she felt a bit sad.
And finally, you have the Cornell hoax where a woman willingly took drugs, alcohol and engaged in group sex with some frat dudes (check the original police report) only to take back her word and claim she was forced in order to save her reputation. Now the internet wants to lynch the men accused.
Do you see the common thread in all three cases? I'll tell you, it's women not being held responsible for their actions. No matter what they do, they are the victim. And that is the conceit of feminism. It tells us women are equal to men, therefore deserving equal rights, but also women can't be held equally responsible for their actions. Well guess what, rights and responsibilities go hand in hand. If you want the same rights as men, don't complain if you are held to the same moral or legal standard! Abolish female privilege now!

The Jane Doe in the Cornell University rape case could have made better decisions, and that should be okay to say out loud.
We've seemingly become so adamant to protect and comfort rape victims that we become angry when someone dares to suggest that the victim's indiscretions and bad decisions objectively played a role in their victimization. Apparently, this is commonly referred to as "victim blaming."
Whether we want to admit it or not, there are instances where blaming the victim of a crime to some degree, regardless if it's rape or not, is valid. None of us have any right or logic to live our daily lives and think that bad things can't happen to us, or that there aren't bad people who are waiting for us to slip up and let our guard down in order to take advantage of us.
It's not wrong to point out, in this case, that not enough was done on part of the victim to mitigate or minimize the risk of being sexually assaulted. Yes, we know people shouldn't rape, but pointing out the victim's indiscretions and bad decisions isn't the same as apologizing for or legitimizing rape like so many seem to think.
As much as I hate it, we don't live in a society that will ever be free from rapists. So maybe that's something we should keep in the back of our heads before we ever decide to go to a frat house full of horny men and drink and do ketamine? I don't understand the mindset that would think that anyone should be entitled to engage in risky behavior like that and be immune from danger or consequence.
Young Man Is Wrongfully Punished For Experiencing His First Love

As I was browsing around on YouTube last night, I came across this one video of a sentencing hearing involving a young man who had sexual intercourse with his girlfriend four different times. Did he forcibly rape her? No. Did he coerce her into having sex? No. Did he sexually molest her? No. Did he even groom her? No. His girlfriend was his first love.
Nonetheless, none of those facts made any difference to the judge. This young man had already pleaded guilty to a sexual offense, and the only thing that she was interested in was the fact that he was 23 years of age and his girlfriend was only 12 years old. Now, I know what many of you are going to say, but watch the video first and then form your own opinions about this matter.
The name of the 23-year-old defendant is Hector Enrique Laura Sanchez. He is an immigrant from Honduras. You may think that a 23-year-old man is way too old to be intermingling with a 12-year-old girl. However, back when the late Loni Anderson, an actress, was 12 years old, she dated a 22-year-old man. Her parents allowed the courtship. Of course, the late Ms. Anderson was a full-figured woman by then.
The criminal defense attorney even stressed that the 12-year-old girl that Mr. Sanchez had sexual relations with was physically precocious for her years and had an enriched sexual vocabulary. He also pointed out to Judge Stephanie Boyd that the girl told the police that she had been the one to seduce Mr. Sanchez rather than the other way around. The girl's mother didn't want him to go to jail or prison.
Some of you may argue that this girl was just a child. According to medical science, she wasn't. There is a world of a difference between a 12-year-old girl who is an adolescent and a prepubescent child who may be only 5 or 6 years of age.

Republican congressional candidate Brandon Herrera implied COVID-19 “wasn’t bad enough” because not enough obese people died. The remarks were made during Herrera’s appearance on Elijah Schaffer’s Slightly Offensive on July 31, 2022, approximately a year before his first congressional run.
The conversation began with the participants discussing diversity on romance and dating shows and whether contestants’ racial preferences affected which people were eliminated before turning toward obesity. After the host said white men prefer to date white women over Black women, Herrera said, “I wonder if they’re solving for all variables here. Because there’s also like an obesity epidemic in the female Black community. Jackson then repeated that she hated “fat people” and “especially fat women” and called them “the most undisciplined, freaking disgusting people ever,” telling them to “stop putting food in your mouth.” Herrera appeared amused during the unhinged rant.
Host Elijah Shaffer then said, “Brandon’s like, shit, this is not helping my life.” However, Herrera then affirmed the sentiment: “No, no, I’m here for it, dude. I’m of the opinion COVID wasn’t bad enough because if you had something that just unfairly targeted fucking fat people, I’m here for it,” Herrera said. He then added, “I would have worn my mask nowhere on purpose.”
