“Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.

“Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.

LegalEagle (popular BreadTuber) suggests a flaw in the wording above since fetuses, upon conception, don't produce gametes at that moment in the growth cycle. I understand he's trying for a lesser known tactic than the usual TRA, "aRe YoU cLaImInG tHaT sTeRiLe MeN aReN't MaLe, AnD tHaT sTeRiLe WoMeN aReN't FeMaLe?!?!"

But I do wonder if that bit "at conception" might be problematic later on when the legal challenges come...

The wording doesn't say that gametes are produced at conception. Rather, that sex, determined at conception, puts you in a sex class which does produce either large or small gametes at the appropriate phase in sexual development, or would, absent disease, defects, injury or surgery.

Yeah. Compared to gendies, flatearthers are downright sane. Earth looks flat, and until the first ship sailed all around the earth, there was not even witnesses to the fact that the earth is round, just the possibility to deduce that info. (And photographic proof only exists since space rockets.)

But also, I am not aware that flat-earthism in itself ever caused any harm. Presumably, flat earthers don't work as pilots or astronauts or in other professions where their belief could impair their ability to do their job. Genderism, on the other hand ... yeah.

This annoys me so much as an argument. We discussed this "the undifferentiated fetus is female" concept in my developmental bio class over a decade ago. My super old male prof was like that is only true if you assume that the female is passive genetically, which is misogyny. We don't know what a fetus that doesn't differentiate looks like as an adult because that is most likely a mutation that is incompatible with life and would result in a miscarriage shortly after differentiation normally takes place.

The whole Executive Order - everything it seeks to rectify - is caused by the T. The larping men insist that gnc women, lesbian and even straight, will suffer by being challenged when they try to use womens spaces. Nah. We just, have always, mentioned that we are women; it only takes seconds of interaction to confirm that women are women. And of course the idiotic idea that women will all need "genital inspections" lol. Guess that is the TIM dream come true, but there is never a need for it.

The public is gradually becoming aware of how toxic the T is. We need to keep shining the light until everyone - including captured woke religious lefty types - realize that the entire problem is caused by all the letters after LGB. All the rest is an alphabet shit soup, without which that Executive Order would not have needed to be written. The TQ+ whatever are entitled to compassion after they are safely defanged and permanently separated from any association with LGB. Until then, the TQ+ sre the danger to women.

I spent some time on reddit to try to see where the left is headed after this, and man, it is brutal. They are still screaming "Nazi" at everyone, maybe even louder this time, and have no real understanding of how their extreme actions over the past 5-7 years have brought us here. Do you A) invests tons of money into experimental surgery that just implants a pair of movable wings on your kids back, but the wings will never allow him to even glide because he weighs at least 60 lb and would need wings the size of a car.

Or B) Tell your kid the truth: that he is human and is not able to innately fly. if he wants to fly, he can take up piloting, or even a hobby like hang gliding or parachuting, but innate flight will never be possible. if he's really so distraught at this, invest in professional help to bring him back to reality.

Let's say it's true that all fetuses start out female. What on earth is their point? The fetus would then develop into male and female by the time they're born. It's like when TRAs bring up intersex. It doesn't really matter what a morula, blast, embryo or foetus looks like or what genitals it does or doesn't have.

By the time it emerges from the uterus, except in the case of a few rare DSDs, it will be absolutely, undeniably clear what sex it is and what its chromosomes are.

If it helps, I'm perfectly happy sharing a bathroom with a male morula if it wants to pop out for a visit. Just as most women are fine with young male children who are typically permitted in female facilities up to a certain age.

It's adult males that we prefer not to have in our intimate spaces.

I think we all would love for this EO to win the war, stop the madness. I hate Trump and would happily give him credit for this.

But this changes nothing for most TRAs. If anything, they're doubling down. I was just starting to see doubt and backtracking, mostly around sports, and more LGB rolling their eyes and saying they were sick of trans. Now trans are sacred cows again, coddled by all good progressives. Any GC message is "transphobia" linked to everything else he does.

In essence, the Left needs to see the truth of gender ideology, not simply be overruled, or they'll start it all up again if they regain power. This is a lovely reprieve but not a permanent victory.

My biggest hope is that Dems will create workarounds like creating trans prison units that then are harder to argue against even when a Democrat is back the saddle.

Respectfully, I got to admit I am a little annoyed here with the conversation. Does it really matter that much if the woman who wrote this is part of a prolife group? I see a lot of yall getting hung up on that aspect.

It was still an airtight, and fantastically written executive order which is hugely beneficial to us as women. It doesn’t mean we are going to go out and support pro life causes.

It doesn’t change the fact that when women and girls push back on men entering female designated spaces, they now have a powerful executive order to use to help them moving forward.

Please don’t forget that we are supposed to be trying to fight against the menace of male oppression. We can still use tools even if they aren’t coming from the best source. If it’s a good tool, it’s a good tool.

I think this is what I will be doing in any conversation about Trump's EO declaring there are only 2 sexes. A few years ago I had a conversation with someone about men invading women-only spaces because they say they identify as women. I won't go into the whole conversation, but it ended like this:

Her: "But transwomen are women so they should use the women's facilities. Women and transwomen should use the women's, and men and transmen should use the men's. It really is that simple. Which facilities do you think transwomen should use?"

Me: "This always confuses me. Are transwomen the women who think they are men, or are they the men who think they are women?"

Midterms are going to be the test. Between now and then, the TRAs are going to be in full tantrum mode as the GOP goes after trans medicine. The American public is soon going to learn that they were sold an ugly lie: none of it is evidence-based. It’s just unscrupulous doctors experimenting on troubled youth and the mentally ill, and there is no scientific basis for any of it.

This definitely underscores for the degree to which people who've been silent are feeling free to speak after years of woke cancelling. I felt such gratitude and relief when President Trump issued this executive order. It came too late to help my own son or my family. Multiple doctors, teachers, psychiatrists, and even a few psychiatric institutions all failed to help my son. Those so called professionals were so captured by the gender lie, or too cowardly to fight against it, that they let the gender lie consume an autistic teen. It is despicable. It is my hope that this EO will save other children, and will stop the bullying of parents who know that their child cannot change sex.

Now congress must act to put the nail in the coffin of gender ideology and all its harms. If they don’t act, Trumps actions could be undone by a future president.

It is my hope that so many people will now feel free to speak against the lie of “gender affirming care” , that the floodgates will have burst, and there will be no going back.

America is pretty damn prudish in this regard with both legal and cultural restrictions on our sexuality from censorship to indecency statutes. The things "normal" people do stay in the bedroom or in closed circles. And that ignores that your sexuality is a distant second or third on the priority list.

The worst part is that it's a multi-faceted problem that intersects with the failure modes of "normal" people as well. Incels share the same problem with the alphabet people and share the same problems with the entirely depraved or either side of this issue.

There is a reason sexual immorality has been such a big problem for humanity. In all its forms it is highly corruptive and corrosive to social cohesion and trust, let alone to individuals. So, to be fair to the alphabet people, this problem is not unique to them and I don't hold that much animosity toward individual alphabet people... until their shit touches me or mine. However, I hold anyone in contempt that let's their degeneracy effect me or mine.

Our oldest has fallen so far away from the family that he causes much stress. Stress over whether or not to invite him to gatherings, whether or not he will come, whether or not we will offend him (spoiler, we will), whether or not I will have to ask him to leave, whether or not I will be able to function to attend other gatherings after seeing him. All of this stress makes the holidays a time I want to escape.

So, we did. The four of us went on the vacation that we had planned for the five of us. We were incomplete.

We enjoyed the ocean and all its power but missed the excitement that he has for marine life. We encountered vibrant birds and unique mammals but missed his knowledge of animals to explain the details of each creature. We toured ancient ruins and learned about civilizations past, but I found myself longing for his inquisitiveness. The meals together, laughter, and new inside jokes are all memories to cherish. But something is missing from it all.

He was supposed to be with us. He was supposed to be a part of the memories. He was supposed to bond with us. It was supposed to be our one big vacation before they all start going their own ways in life.

But he has already gone his own way. In fact, "he" doesn't even exist right now. "He" believes he is a "she." How can I both miss him and need to escape him? I guess it is him I miss and "her" I need to escape.

The Executive Order ends the practice of housing men in women’s prisons and taxpayer funded “transition” for male prisoners.

This alone makes it worth it to have the orange goblin in the White House. No more throwing incarcerated women into rape cages and letting them get impregnated by felons claiming to be women just to get housed with their prey.

I hope this order opens the door for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women to sue the prison system for damages if they were forced to share prison space with a man. And it hope it leads to us finding out the extent of how many women were assaulted, raped, impregnated, coerced into silence, coerced into abortions, etc when that insane trans policy was in effect

Sec. 2. Policy and Definitions. It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female. These sexes are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality. Under my direction, the Executive Branch will enforce all sex-protective laws to promote this reality, and the following definitions shall govern all Executive interpretation of and application of Federal law and administration policy:

(a) “Sex” shall refer to an individual’s immutable biological classification as either male or female. “Sex” is not a synonym for and does not include the concept of “gender identity.”

(b) “Women” or “woman” and “girls” or “girl” shall mean adult and juvenile human females, respectively.

(c) “Men” or “man” and “boys” or “boy” shall mean adult and juvenile human males, respectively.

(e) “Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell.

(f) “Gender ideology” replaces the biological category of sex with an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa, and requiring all institutions of society to regard this false claim as true. Gender ideology includes the idea that there is a vast spectrum of genders that are disconnected from one’s sex. Gender ideology is internally inconsistent, in that it diminishes sex as an identifiable or useful category but nevertheless maintains that it is possible for a person to be born in the wrong sexed body.

(g) “Gender identity” reflects a fully internal and subjective sense of self, disconnected from biological reality and sex and existing on an infinite continuum, that does not provide a meaningful basis for identification and cannot be recognized as a replacement for sex.

Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women and gain access to intimate single-sex spaces and activities designed for women, from women’s domestic abuse shelters to women’s workplace showers. This is wrong. Efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being. The erasure of sex in language and policy has a corrosive impact not just on women but on the validity of the entire American system. Basing Federal policy on truth is critical to scientific inquiry, public safety, morale, and trust in government itself.

This unhealthy road is paved by an ongoing and purposeful attack against the ordinary and longstanding use and understanding of biological and scientific terms, replacing the immutable biological reality of sex with an internal, fluid, and subjective sense of self unmoored from biological facts. Invalidating the true and biological category of “woman” improperly transforms laws and policies designed to protect sex-based opportunities into laws and policies that undermine them, replacing longstanding, cherished legal rights and values with an identity-based, inchoate social concept.

Accordingly, my Administration will defend women’s rights and protect freedom of conscience by using clear and accurate language and policies that recognize women are biologically female, and men are biologically male.

However, at 22, after sterilization by Planned Parenthood when he was newly 19, he says he is now "asexual." He would no doubt prefer a relationship with a lesbian female to validate his fantasy of being a "woman" (which would actually be a straight couple.) But with his disturbing appearance as an over six feet tall man in stereotyped "female" clothes, his likelihood of a normal female attracted to him are close to zero. Instead he is dating another confused man also ingesting sterilizing hormones and pretending to be a woman. So now my son claims to be a "lesbian." The thing that annoys me about the pronoun people is the complete abandonment of objective pronouns.

They started out using pronouns like he/him, they/them, etc. and this format least made grammatical sense because they were referring to one's respective subjective and objective pronouns.

-Subjective pronouns: He, she, and they
-Objective pronouns: him, her, and them

But now the pronoun people have started using formats like "he/they" or "she/they" and that doesn't make sense because both of those pronouns are subjective pronouns. So what's implied is that they either somehow don't use objective pronouns or they want to use subjective pronouns in place of objective pronouns.

I know this isn't intentional, but grammatically what that signals to me is that you want to use the word "they" in place of an objective pronoun.

To see how weird this would be used in a sentence, here's a couple examples:

- "He knew that everyone relied on they to lead the group."
- "He realized that everyone was talking about they."

If you want to signal that you use both "he/him" and "they/them" pronouns, then find a better way to communicate it. Because when I see "he/they" I just assume you're a retard who doesn't know grammar. You freaks.

Yesterday I was reading a TIM saying he couldn't trust a relationship with a bisexual woman, and found the idea of a relationship with a lesbian more "validating". And I didn't get it. You're getting to have sex with a woman who's going along with your trans delusion, what do you care if she likes both sexes?

But it makes sense now. It's not about fulfilling his sexual desire for women nearly as much as it is fulfilling his addiction to "being" a woman. That's what he really craves. And he can't get it if he knows on the back of his mind his girlfriend also likes men.

The idea that there are 'happy trans' people strikes me to be as much of a myth as the 'happy hooker' myth. Sure, there are people who have yet to experience the worst harms of it, and people who have convinced themselves that they're fine in order to not face the reality of it, but the foundations of either situation and the beliefs that lead them to be possible are harmful. At least one female high school volleyball player suffered brain damage from being spiked in the face by a trans player, and in the Olympics, a female boxer had to forfeit after being punched harder than she had ever been hit in her life by a man pretending to be a woman. The potential for serious injury or death is very real, which is why until schools, coaches and sports bodies lost their minds, men did not compete against women.

A never-mentioned fact is there is no parallel controversy over women pretending to be men competing in men’s sports. That’s because a mediocre female athlete can’t pretend to be male and immediately vault to the medal stand, quite the opposite. That fact of nature rather proves the point that men and women are very different, and trans women aren’t women, but guys pretending to be women.

If only I could have read this essay before my son was pushed off the sanity cliff by nefarious Planned Parenthood. That said, my husband and I tried with substantial effort to help our son escape from the poisonous gender cult tentacles when they first infected him as a teen. Likely curtailing more of his social media access may have helped. He was an excellent student often on his laptop working to achieve all A's, and we didn't suffienctly realize how utterly corrupting social media was/ is. I may always beat myself up about this regret. But in high school, my son went into remission from his "trans" obsession with the help his father and I did offer, and we thought we were out of these dark, treacherous woods. Unfortunately (a massive understatement as words to convey this horror are invaribly inadequate,) while he was sealed in his dorm room during his first semester at college in 2020 when the fear of COVID was peaking, the "trans" virus resurfaced to claim his mind, health and his potential, and simultaneously torpedoed the hearts of his parents, inflict loss on his clear-thinking sister, and destroy our once close family. As time in this psychological hell went on and on, I recognized the need to let go of short term hope as necessary to emerge from profound despair. But I need to allow long term hope that my son will somehow wake up. In reference to the title of today's lucid PITT essay, I also allow yearning for a "trans"-educated society to emerge and pummel the idiocy, indifference, virtue signaling, greed, and the cruelty of this evil cult back into the depths of hell where it burns to oblivion.
