With regard to Afghanistan, I think the removal of US military presences there is primarily to give a narrative cover to the removal of media attention to the country while PMCs move in on behalf of Globohomo multinationals to secure the desired resources--mineral and otherwise--they want for their own operations, fair and foul alike. This necessarily will mean things usually called "war crimes" and "human rights violations" like wholesale slaughter of entire villages and trafficking of people to and from the country (along with opium, rare earth minerals, and more).

Down's Syndrome is a mental-biological defect whereas being gay or lesbian is perverted choice, a deviant 'lifestyle' that are the result of different influences perhaps early in childhood.

One of the clearest indications that homosexuality isn't 'normal' is that the parts don't match, and one cannot reproduce through a homosexual union. Nature always wants to carry on its seed for the purpose of species survival, and homosexuals and lesbians are unable to do this.

No 'gay gene' has yet been proven, although homosexuals often pretend as if it has.

Since they cannot reproduce, they must recruit. It's another indication that the movement is not biologically-based and runs counter to the natural order of things. The parts don't match and one cannot reproduce through the act.

I fail to see how it's a choice?

There is no concrete evidence that homosexuality is biological or genetic. It's one of a plethora of sexual dysfunctions and deviant behavior that humans engage in, and a sane society neither 'celebrates' it nor condones it because of the moral effects on society, including the break down of the family structure.

So should we do away with kissing, caressing, fellatio etc?

Whatever one chooses to do with their heterosexual spouse should be kept private, and no cultural movement should ever be created around one's sexual proclivities - and yet this is precisely what gays do.

No "intelligence gene" has been found so far too, but that doesn't mean it isn't there

I'm sorry, but there is far more evidence and rational for intelligence being genetic and having a biological foundation than gay sexual practices. I'm not denying early childhood influences and cultural pressure, but that's not the same as it being genetic in origin.

Ghana: anti-gay bill proposing 10-year prison sentences sparks outrage

Draft anti-gay legislation submitted to Ghana’s parliament could propose up to 10 years in jail for LGBTQ+ people as well as groups and individuals who advocate for their rights, express sympathy or offer social or medical support, in one of the most draconian and sweeping anti-gay laws proposed around the world.

Support for intersex people would also be criminalised and the government could direct intersex people to receive “gender realignment” surgery, said the draft legislation.

The prospect of harsh new laws has been hailed by numerous MPs and supported by figures in President Nana Akufo-Addo’s government.

It follows a wave of repression against LGBTQ+ people in the west African country since January this year. In February, a community space offering support for sexual minorities was forced to close amid a backlash from politicians, civil and religious groups and the media, and also led to a rise in arrests and abuse against people perceived to be gay or queer.

On Friday, Sam Nartey George, an MP who has described gay rights as a “perversion” and led a group of lawmakers who drafted the bill, dismissed online condemnation of the bill as “uninformed”.

“Homosexuality is not a human right. It is a sexual preference,” he said in a post on Twitter. “We shall pass this bill through.”

Ghanaian officials have privately sought to allay fears that that the bill will pass.

Milo Yiannopoulos to open conversion therapy facility in Florida

Right-wing cultural critic Milo Yiannopoulos came out last week as “ex-gay” — and is now preparing to open a controversial conversion therapy facility in Florida, The Post has learned.

In an interview with The Post, the former Breitbart News editor revealed his plans to launch the “reparative therapy” clinic “to help other people go through the same journey that I’m on myself,” despite the lack of data showing effectiveness of the exercise.

Asked in what sense he is “ex-gay,” Yiannopoulos told The Post that he is in an ongoing process of trying to reorient his homosexuality, but for now is in a stage of abstinence and enjoys using the term to troll his critics.

“‘Ex-gay’ is a silly expression but it has the virtues of slotting into a print headline neatly and absolutely enraging the opposition. Celibacy is a modest and achievable middle term goal; naturally, in the end, my aspiration would be to take it all the way,” he said.

Describing what he called a “Christian renaissance” occurring in the US, Yiannopoulos said fundraising for the effort was taking off considerably, citing a backlash against establishment LGBTQ political activism.

“This has been the easiest thing to raise money for that I’ve ever done. There is an enormous demand for this among people who believe they’ve been led astray by — it sounds silly to call it this — but you know, the gay establishment,” Yiannopoulos said.

“I think part of that is the resurgence of religious, socially conservative, kind of reactionary politics among noisy young conservatives,” he explained, adding that he has “people who are kind of like DMing me now” to ask “‘where do I send the f–king check?’ You know, like, get me in your program.”

“I will absolutely be funding that research, will be conducting that research, in addition to having a residential program and probably an outpatient program too,” he said.

“That’s why I think it’s more properly to be called a ‘center,’ rather than a ‘clinic.’ I see this as a sort of blend of research, center, and treatment. That’s not really hugely unlike a Planned Parenthood in that respect.”

Yiannopoulos told The Post, “I want to publish research, help people in real life.”

Yiannopoulos ultimately believes the center will help “the first generation” of gay millennials “whose sexuality is inextricably linked and wrapped up with their political positions,” values, behavior and personal identity.

“I happen to think that trying to unravel that, unwind it and rescue people from it is a noble cause,” he explained, “And I also think that you set it against the extraordinary evil of the gay lobby that encourages this, you know, monolithic, ludicrous form of behavior that says to people that ‘if you want to find love, you have to behave'” in a way that reduces individuals to stereotypes.
“It’s not for women, probably,” he admitted, “But there are an enormous number of men out there who need and want this. And I intend to provide it for them.”

Yiannopoulos told The Post he also hopes to “rehabilitate” the PR surrounding the practice of using religion as a tool to rewire one’s sexuality.

“My aspiration is to rebrand, revitalize, rehabilitate what they call ‘conversion therapy’ for two new generations in the same way that I obliterated feminism for two generations, because it’s dying, and horribly maligned, ridiculed and prosecuted industry. It’s an industry in crisis, but it’s an industry whose addressable market has never been larger,” he said, referring to his past critique of third-wave feminism as a main topic of a number of campus lectures he gave while working at Breitbart.

When most of my fellow conservatives talk about homosexuality, it’s in the context of “gay marriage.” And when they do, they are always sure to add the disclaimer “I support the right of two consenting adults to do whatever they want.”

Now, far be it from me to ask the government to come in and regulate bedroom activities, but I cannot and will not condone any sexual activity outside that set forth in the Bible period. Does this make me a closed-minded bigot? Perhaps, but I’ve been called worse.

See, unlike the majority of people, I see most things in a black-and-white kind of way. I have a book that quite clearly spells out morality and wether you like it or not, the United States was founded by Christian men (and women). For one to properly interpret the document on which the country is founded, shouldn’t one also examine the documents that the Founders adhered to (or at least tried)?

Do you really think that any of our founders would have supported something that so clearly goes against the Bible and their God?

And I’m not just talking gay marriage. Let me be very clear here: I believe that homosexuality is wrong. That’s right I said it!

This has nothing to do with liberties or freedoms. Like any other sin, homosexuality is simply immoral.

And another thing. Why is it that members of the “gay community” (can I be part of the “normal community?”) seem to live their lives around their “sexual preference?” Where I’m from, people who spend so much of their time thinking about sex are labeled one of two things. “Perverts” or “Teenagers.” Sometimes both.

As Stephen Crowder says, “appreciate my indifference to your sexuality.” In my words, “if you don’t want me condemning your life style, get it out of my face.” I’m not going to stop you from doing what you’re doing (when I say ‘you,’ you know what I mean) but don’t expect me to be silent either.

So, you can see where I’m going with this blog. Like what I’m saying? Tell me. Don’t like it? No big surprise there, but I suppose you can flame me if you really think I care.

Milo compared the reputation associated with the fringe practice to more mainstream conservative elements, adding that the research on it is skewed.

“Conversion therapy has a terrible reputation for precisely the reason that a lot of other things associated closely with either the religious right or the nationalist right have a terrible reputation,” Milo alleged, “Because they’ve been lied about consistently and strategically for decades.

Asked by The Post about his views on the nature of sexuality, specifically how much of it is engrained in a person from birth versus being a choice, Yiannopoulos argued that “the jury’s still out, scientifically.”

“Anybody who tells you that they know the short, precise etiology of homosexuality is lying to you,” he said.

“Scientists don’t know, theologians don’t know, the pope doesn’t know, and I don’t know. But there are things that we do know,” he continued. “The current consensus, scientific and everything else, seems to be that there are people who are born with a greater or lesser predisposition toward homosexuality.

“What we also know for sure, is that ‘born this way’ is not science. It’s public relations. It’s a lie.”

Milo claims he will be using his new organization to help find a clearer understanding of the factors influencing human sexuality.

Lawmakers in Hungary approved legislation Tuesday that prohibits sharing with minors any content portraying homosexuality or sex reassignment, something supporters said would help fight pedophilia but which human rights groups denounced as anti-LGBT discrimination.

Fidesz, the conservative ruling party of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, introduced the legislation, which is the latest effort to curtail the rights of gay men, lesbians, bisexual and transgender people in the European Union nation located in central Europe.

Hungary’s National Assembly approved the bill in a 157-1 vote. Fidesz has a parliamentary majority, and lawmakers from the right-wing Jobbik party also endorsed the measure. One independent lawmaker voted against it.

Csaba Domotor, the Fidesz state secretary, described the goal as “the protection of children,” noting that the changes include the introduction of a searchable registry of convicted pedophiles.

“Pedophiles won’t be able to hide any more – there are similar solutions in other countries, too. The criminal code will be even more strict. Punishments will be more severe. No one can get away with atrocities with light punishments and parole,” he said.
