Russian parliament moves to expand 'gay propaganda' law
The expanded measure would ban public discussion of LGBTQ relationships in a positive or neutral light, and any LGBTQ content in cinemas.

Russia’s parliament moved Monday to tighten already stringent restrictions on the discussion of LGBTQ rights and relationships.

A draft bill calling for the broadening of a 2013 ban on the “promotion of nontraditional sexual relations” to minors, widely referred to as the “gay propaganda” bill, was announced on the website of the parliament, or Duma.

Introduced by a cross-party group of six Communist and socially conservative deputies, the bill would ban public discussion of LGBTQ relationships in a positive or neutral light, and any LGBTQ content in cinemas.

Vyacheslav Volodin, the parliament speaker and an ally of President Vladimir Putin, proposed similar measures earlier this month. On July 8, he spoke in favor of a broad ban on disseminating information on LGBTQ relationships after Russia had withdrawn from the Council of Europe, a human rights watchdog, in March.

“With the exit from the Council of Europe, demands to legalize same-sex marriages in Russia have become a thing of the past. Attempts to impose alien values on our society have failed,” Volodin wrote on Telegram.

Pro-Kremlin figures have repeatedly pitched the ongoing war in Ukraine as a battle against “Western values,” which they say include LGBTQ visibility and rights.

On the same day the bill was submitted for consideration, Putin formally recalled Russia’s representative at the European Court of Human Rights, or ECHR, via a decree published Monday on the Russian government portal for legal information.

Last month, Putin signed into law a bill releasing Russia from its responsibility to enforce ECHR judgments issued after March 15, when Russia withdrew from the Council of Europe. The ECHR was established by a 1953 convention drafted by the then-newly formed council, which all member states are expected to ratify.

Apti Alaudinov, the commander of Chechen forces fighting for Russia, praised Russian President Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine, calling it a "holy war" against the "Satanic" values of Europe and the United States as well as the LGBTQ community.

"This is a holy war our saints and elders spoke of," Alaudinov asserted, who went on to say that he praises God to live in Russia and that the country is led by Putin. "He is the man that refused to accept the so-called European values," the commander added.

"In reality, those are Satanist values that are imposed on the entire world," he said. Alaudinov noted that he is "grateful" that Putin is following the values of "the Most High," referring to God. "We are not under the flags of the LGBT and as long as he's alive, we won't be under those flags."

He also called American democracy "the main enemy of mankind." Continuing, he said the U.S., Europe, and NATO carry within them "everything that is Satanic," and that they are "the army of the anti-Christ."

The Chechen commander described his forces fighting with Russia against Ukraine as "the army of Jesus." He praised Putin for doing "what the Islamic countries should have done" by fighting back against the U.S. and NATO.

Her self-declared “bisexuality” is purely speculative, a matter of imagination. Her situation illuminates the problem with how young people are now being indoctrinated to think about sex. All this chatter about sexual orientation and gender identity emerging from academia and promulgated in pop culture is profoundly confusing to many young people. A teenage girl whose “sexuality” so far has been limited to some clumsy kissing and fondling with her ex-boyfriend nevertheless identifies as “bisexual” on what we might call a theoretical basis. This identification then qualifies her to denounce her girlfriends as homophobes because they “are terrified of girls being in love with them.”

In that context, isn’t “homophobe” just a synonym for heterosexual?

Given the direction our culture is heading, one can imagine a scenario in which anyone who rejects a homosexual advance — “No, thanks, I’m straight” — is accused of being a homophobe, so that society is effectively divided into two groups: Gays and Haters.

Everything starts with the universities. K-12 teachers are educated at universities, and it is among university faculty that ideological homogeneity has reached crisis levels.

As I have documented extensively, the most prominent gay rights organizations, notably GLAAD and HRC, have colluded with academic researchers to defame my character. GLAAD collaborated with graduate students at Stanford and sent emails defaming me as a bigot to the organizers of a conference, with the explicit goal of preventing me from presenting my research. HRC has compiled a list of "bad guys" tied to sociologist Mark Regnerus, a researcher whose work survived the most rigorous investigation made on any same-sex parenting study; unable through proxy attackers like blogger Scott Rosenzweig to prove that Mark Regnerus engaged in any mishandling of data, the HRC -- a group thoroughly tied up with electoral politics and specifically the Obama Administration -- has engaged in blatant defamation and intimidation to drive Regnerus's alternative data out of the conversation. This is combined with threats of lawsuits against the editor who published Regnerus's peer-reviewed article as well as intimidations against people like me, who have been falsely characterized by the HRC as involved with Regnerus's study merely because I published an article explaining that his data matched a lot of my on-the-ground observations with gay families. GLAAD and HRC may not even realize how criminal their intimidation tactics are -- they are, in effect, promoting academic fraud by propping up studies with serious flaws and threatening professional reprisals and economic consequences against academics who come forward with contrary data. H1728 would effectively wipe out a community’s ability to monitor or control the sorts of activities going on “next door.” While communities or property owners can ban smoking, they will not be able to ban wild behaviors involving protected sexual perversions parading as “gender expression.” If a property is next to a school and tenants wish to rent who “express” their gender through “swinging parties,” whips and chains, sex for sale, or public nudity -- the landlord will not be able to say no. It will be up to the “transgender” individual to decide how he needs to express himself in his (even rented) home or commercial property.

Look at the ads for “she-male” prostitutes (in the Boston Phoenix) whose “gender expression” includes sequential, anonymous visitors to their apartments, and who often express their gender loudly and violently through BDSM practices. They can rent any place they choose if H1728 is passed. (The only exception in the law, Ch. 151B section 4, where an owner may discriminate is for “a single dwelling unit in a two family dwelling, the other occupancy unit of which is occupied by the owner as his residence.”)

“Adult” stores catering to transsexuals and cross-dressers will not be stoppable. Local zoning regulations, if attempting to block them, will surely be challenged as discriminatory. No exemptions are built into the proposed law, no matter who the surrounding owners, tenants, or users may be -- including schools, playgrounds, churches, family neighborhoods.

Section 19 even says that no one (not just realtors or property managers) may publicly object in any way to an individual’s right to buy or rent apartment/condo-type dwellings on the basis of their “gender identity or expression.” This would include a letter to a newspaper, or a posting on a web site or blog.

This new law would have a profound effect on the business climate in Massachusetts. Watch for a continuing exodus by businesses from the state if H1728 passes.

The thing is, Chris [McGee] seems to be just trying to avoid controversy and exist in the lgbt community and move on with his sad pathetic life, because most people have either forgotten or stopped caring about him long ago, even the twitter troons and fags who prided themselves in putting Chris on blast before, I guess because there are bigger accounts to cancel, there was never much return in terms of clout for going after a nobody like Chris, and performative "community safety" activism only exists to gain clout and prove they're the "acceptable" fags when in reality they're just as degenerate as Chris, they just are better about not getting outed like Chris's dumb ass. Despite efforts to inform people about his name change by some of the original callout people, the rebrand worked.

I think what may have helped Chris fly under the radar is he's so far kept his nose clean since the last major incident. (I certainly haven't seen anything about a new grooming attempt on a minor and not just regular old simping for fictional characters that even the lgbt weirdos who called him out are even guilty of themselves.) My daughter has thoroughly read and enjoyed most of my issues of comics and wondered why I stopped. I didn’t tell her why but simply went out and bought a pile of new a d semi new comics for her to read. Without explaining my positions on anything, she tried to read them.

Constantly, I would hear her exclaim, “WTF? What is this garbage?” or “Since when is so-and-so character bisexual? That’s just F’jng stupid.” or “”WTH, this story has no plot. They aren’t doing anything except talking. This is F’ing garbage.”

We have had long discussions about them since and her conclusion? Exactly the same as mine.

Comics are lost.


Story lines and plot no longer exist. Comics have become a platform on which to ONLY virtue signal.

BTW, she is 23, is working on a college degree in psychology, and should, by virtue of her sexuality, age, and education, fit in with the woke crowd, but she (mostly) detests it.

She has asked the same questions in our discussions, again without me leading or promoting her. Why then characters gay or bisexual, or why focus on race and skin color, and segregate groups the way they do.

Adults who order a family around their same-sex attraction so they can “have it all” force their child to sacrifice a dual-sex upbringing. They “have it all” by choosing a motherless or fatherless life for their children. For their all, children get half.

What these loving, tolerant, and progressive denominations have done by validating same-sex unions is put the onus on children to sacrifice for adults. They insist the least of these give up their right to be known and loved by the two people responsible for their existence, the complementary mothering and fathering that maximizes child development, and an in-home picture of God’s devotion to his own bride, the church.

In the parent-child relationship, someone’s going to have to make the sacrifice. Should it be the adults or the children? When you abide by God’s design, the answer is always the adults, whether they be straight or gay, single or married.

No adult gets a pass. All adults must defer to the well-being of children in their sexual choices. Observing God’s commandments is costly, but submitting our sexual decisions to the authority of Christ results in relational, physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness for children.

Many legitimate disagreements exist between Christians, but sex and marriage is not one of them. Redefining marriage, in both the Christian and cultural context, redefines parenthood by way of making mothers and fathers optional in the life of a child. And that’s wrong.

As Christians, we are unequivocally commanded to protect the fatherless, not create them. The Church of Scotland’s decision will do exactly that.

We naturally balk at the high price of spirit-led living, but in the long run God’s directives always result in relational, physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness, especially for the most vulnerable.

Nowhere is this high short-term price, long-term gain truer than living under God’s design for sex only within marriage. Mastering sexual desire is costly and challenging. But when our sexual urges become god, we force children to sacrifice on our behalf.

Abstaining from premarital sex is difficult, but too often it results in children born to unmarried parents and therefore unstable households. Married couples find they must either work through difficulties such as communication impasses, financial stressors, and unrealistic expectations of the marital relationship, or subject their children to split-homes expectations, split-home instability, and split-home lives.

Biblically, this boy is commanded to honor his mother and father, except, Pastor Inclusive chose to officiate the wedding of his two moms, making it impossible for him to obey God’s command. Pastor Inclusive interprets scripture in a way that dismisses this father-hungry teen’s deepest longings and fundamental right to be known and loved by his father.

What say you, Pastor Inclusive? Do you believe this boy is required to sacrifice his need for a father so you can validate the feelings of adults in your congregation?

If Pastor Inclusive were facing biblical and natural law reality, the painful father/mother hunger suffered by kids of same-sex parents would demolish his “inclusive and affirming” fantasies that gay marriage is equal to biblical marriage. Pastor Inclusive might have to finally admit that the opinions of his progressive friends matter more to him than God’s infallible word and the fundamental rights of this suffering boy.

You know what my second favorite thing about SCOTUS overturning Roe v Wade and the Left loosing their minds? IT'S ALL THEIR FAULT!😂

The ONLY reason Roe v Wade was revisited was because a Judge appointed by Obama tried to strike down Mississippi abortion law passed in 2018 that banned abortion after 15 weeks and allowed for medical emergencies and fetal abnormalities, which if you're not a complete monster should have been just fine, according to the CDC this is when 93% of abortions take place anyway. But the Left wanted to kill babies SO badly that the Obama appointed judge said "That's not fair!" so back to SCOTUS it goes and now all states have a the power to ban ALL abortions.

If SCOTUS ends up overturning gay marriage on a federal level, do you all think that would be the catalyst for the LGBT movement to get their shit together again? Since they'd actually have a hill worth dying on.

It's not just marriage. As far as I can tell it's both sex (at least for gay men) and marriage if they were to overturn Lawrence v. Texas as well as Obergefell v. Hodges.

Considering monkeypox (and aids) has shown that gay men won't stop being sex fiends even at risk of disease, the T would be vastly overshadowed in an instant if sex and marriage for the gays were to be struck down. I'd even argue that some of the trans talking points could probably be weaponized against the LGB if someone was so inclined. I was going to see this movie with my wife until I heard about the homosexuality that was injected into this wonderful children's story.

Who's idea was this? Why did this story have to be altered in this way? If people are really born gay, which is what the glb communty was broadcasting when I was pulled into this conflict, then why do gays keep coming after the hearts and minds of children behind the backs of their parents?

People are getting feed up with homofascism. In a story that brought joy to my heart, a drive-in theater in Alabama actually refused to show this movie due to the homosexual content. People are starting to take a stand. Even I am powering up to begin advertising my blog.

Going after people's children is reprehensible. I can vow not to speak to a person's child about heterosexuality, yet when I challenge a homosexual to match my vow and not speak about homosexuality to a person's child without the conset of that child's parents only one homosexual has.

Between my work schedule, the headache of covid-19, crazy inflation, the innocent people of Ukraine being murdered, and weekly mass shootings, I've been psychologically worn-out. Then there's my depression at the absurdist reality that there's not enough common-sense in this world to not let a man compete against women in a women's swimming competition. Then there's the fact that I've already covered so many aspects of homofascism from so many different angles already.

I remember the sadness I felt when SCOTUS redefined marriage for the nation. I was sad for the eternal souls of those in the glbt community that would be comforted in their journey to the wrath of God. I have homosexual coworkers that I really care about, and I have to live with the fact that they are on a collision course with the Word of God.

I am so jaded by the evil in this world, that I was stunned to see the Supreme Court get something right for a change. I never thought that I would see justice for the unborn from the highest court in the land.

I can see if a woman or girl has been impregnated without her consent, or her pregnancy will kill her, or incest between minors is involved, or fetal deformity is involved. That's different. But convenience abortion is murder in the eyes of God.

For the past few days, I’ve been doing very major clearings around LGBTQ+ and Dark Sophia. The question about talking to a “supportive adult” means a pro-LGBT person who can “counsel” them without their parents’ knowledge.

The questions about anxiety and depression are purposely meant to lead the child to think in that direction, and seek “help” from the school – often in the form of pro-LGBT counseling. This has led to terrible consequences.

The questions about sexuality similarly lead the child to think he is out of step if he is not engaging in sexual activities.

Mentioning “PrEP” (an HIV-preventative drug, which the survey incorrectly writes as PREP) will surely lead to curiosity about homosexual sex practices (and the belief that it can be safely engaged in). And mention of “dental dams” is intended to normalize oral sex.

Note that "competent health care" means health care "that can help you understand your identity" - i.e., accepts the radical LGBT ideology regarding children.

It should be no surprise that so many young children are falling into transgenderism, anal and oral sex, and other terrible behaviors. This is a window into the extreme and very destructive agenda being pushed on young children in their schools that parents and the public rarely see.
