I think we all would love for this EO to win the war, stop the madness. I hate Trump and would happily give him credit for this.

But this changes nothing for most TRAs. If anything, they're doubling down. I was just starting to see doubt and backtracking, mostly around sports, and more LGB rolling their eyes and saying they were sick of trans. Now trans are sacred cows again, coddled by all good progressives. Any GC message is "transphobia" linked to everything else he does.

In essence, the Left needs to see the truth of gender ideology, not simply be overruled, or they'll start it all up again if they regain power. This is a lovely reprieve but not a permanent victory.

My biggest hope is that Dems will create workarounds like creating trans prison units that then are harder to argue against even when a Democrat is back the saddle.

Saw an X post yesterday where a woman from the UK was asking why the BBC concentrated on all of Trump's executive orders but for the sex recognition EO. I notice the Washington Post which used to run a pro trans article almost daily has had no trans articles in the past two days. Why?

Respectfully, I got to admit I am a little annoyed here with the conversation. Does it really matter that much if the woman who wrote this is part of a prolife group? I see a lot of yall getting hung up on that aspect.

It was still an airtight, and fantastically written executive order which is hugely beneficial to us as women. It doesn’t mean we are going to go out and support pro life causes.

It doesn’t change the fact that when women and girls push back on men entering female designated spaces, they now have a powerful executive order to use to help them moving forward.

Please don’t forget that we are supposed to be trying to fight against the menace of male oppression. We can still use tools even if they aren’t coming from the best source. If it’s a good tool, it’s a good tool.

Our oldest has fallen so far away from the family that he causes much stress. NGL, I got emotional reading this. I know, I know, TRUMP. But this is a return to sanity, and tonight I’m happy. (It’s funny because I’ve even posted here about disappointing final language in policies that give TRAs wiggle room, despite the clear intent to protect the female category. This document not only establishes the right policies, but does so with unambiguous language. So yeah, I’m thrilled, no notes.)

It might have Trump's signature on it, but you can tell that the anonymous author who actually wrote it is passionate about the issue and ready to fight. Obviously I'm happy for everyone that resisted the gender cult thus far, and got us to a point where we can start taking the offense against this destructive cult. But I'm also happy that whoever put together this massive gender critical Christmas present is having their moment and seeing their hard work come to fruition. Thank you, whoever you are.

Today is the day we “right-wing” Americans have all been waiting for, the return of Donald Trump to the presidency, driving a bulldozer. For the first time since Ronald Reagan we have a Republican president devoted not to “conservatism” but to a vision of a better America that requires demolishing Marxist cultural and political infrastructure and rebuilding the constitutionalist structures the left has been systematically supplanting since the 1920s.

Most Americans are focused on the MAGA pushback against the outrages of this generation such as DEI, two-tiered justice, open borders and the near death of parental rights, but I am hoping Trump intends not just to trim the hedges of Marxism but to cut them down to the ground and dig out the roots. In order to do that he must eliminate ALL its elements, including its first principle. atheism, and its central strategy for conquest, LGBTism.

First a word about time-horizons and their importance to reformers. As my long-term readers know, I was in my teens and 20s a sometimes homeless alcoholic and drug addict who drifted around the U.S. sleeping under bridges and begging spare change to survive. My time horizon – the furthest point in the future I planned for and cared about – was about six weeks. Sometimes it was just a day or even hours.
